Awesome work! 225 and 10% is a pretty sharp rebound from what you called a “fat fuck” phase lol. Congrats
I’m currently in a lean gain run and am running 4iU which keeps my IGF just above top of range, which is fine for me. Trying to aid recovery and help keep my BF below 10% while I slowly gain (real aim is 12% or so by end of cycle, but we’ll see if I can handle losing abs after just rediscovering them lol).
When I go back to TRT or cut, I’ll keep it in but likely just upper quartile/third of normal for TRT. Maybe top of range or just over for a cut. My baseline is high 150’s pretty repeatedly (dieting, maintaining, on TRT or when I was low T before TRT - weirdly stable).
So many things influence IGF levels that I think it’s hard to use it to titrate dose super accurately with PEDs on board, imo (diet and E2 levels and all the other stuff…). But for me, I definitely get a sense of iU to IGF effect in different phases (gain cycle vs cut cycle vs HRT (HRT as it has GH not just test, but aiming for replacement levels)). So, while not super accurate I’ve found it a good rough gauge.
Now, whether IGF levels are a rough gauge of how GH is working is a whole other can of worms lol. But it’s as good a proxy as we have I think
Always curious how other people approach it, as I’m always trying to learn. Appreciate your response!
