guys im on tren ace 300mg, upped test prop from 140 to 350 now, mast 410, added sdrol 10mg since yesterday, cuz i was cutting from 24+% to 10% subq, even 9% while i did keto last weeks, im very insulin sensitive and my appetite is uncontrollable, i wanna go back to bulk and started 5 days on training days 3200 kcal, 500g carbs, 180g protein, 25-28g fats, 2 low days 2400 kcal, 193 protein, 300-350 carbs and 50-55g fats.
i cook my rice 1:4, so i eat like 3kg rice per day and chicken breast, 1,1,5kg cucumbers and i can eat double that, everything is lean kcals and if i go on dirty i can hit 7-8k without a problem, but i dont wanna go fat again.
my other exps with tren before, when i smell meat i wanna vomit, but now… im like blackhole for food and im scary i can get fat again bcs im thinking about food all the time.
last 5 days since i stopped diet i checked my weight it changes with 0,7-1,5kg ed and then back only 0,7kg and i see i hold glyco, so no fat. i added sdrol yesterday, eat tje same and i was 4kg up today, so tomorrow may be more. i wanna eat all the time and if i dont get fat from clean foods i can go with 600-700g carbs, but wanna know ur thoughs on all this i tell you and what to do. 5-6 liters water ed, salt 10-11g constant. i think my maintenance is around 2700-2900, 5xheavy training, i do cardio 4-5 times 30m liss also, so may be more or the same idk, i just came back from a diet and cant know for sure, (i did 2 workouts per day before 6times a week and cardio 7times x1h) but im scary if i have 2-3 days on slight 600-900kcal surplus that ill start get fat again.
