Rest day with 40 mins incline treadmill

I'm hungry as fuck even though I had my tirz shot this morning. It's been raining here for the past week so I've been doing less after-meal walks so that could be a reason.

I'm also 4lbs heavier for some reason which is kinda dumb. Probably hanging on to water, even though I don't look bloated at all.

100g carb days are kinda tough. Thinking of maybe dropping from 4-5 meals to 2-3 idk
lean into that cucumber and green leaf lettuce bud!

You ever used to get that feeling of being stuffed to the gills from veggies but still hungry?
oh yea lol, ive found to stop right at the point of being stuffed. gotta go like 80%. otherwise once those veggies digest, it leaves like a vacuum in your stomach which i found would leave me hungrier then before sometimes.

so for me it was always like 300 - 400 grams where id stop. then once id get hungry again go another 200 -300 or so. slowly munch on them all day.

Ever tried having fewer but larger meals?
Now that you mention it though munching throughout the day might be a better idea, haven't really tried that.

oh and dipping them in cinnamon helps i had 2 recipes id switch back and forth.

cinnamon stevia

and stevia/lemon juice/red onion and dill seasoning.

these are goated! and helped break up the monotony a little.

im doing that now currently on my low days / rest, i dont think it makes much of a difference.
i honestly prefer more smaller meals and eating more often.

Oh yeah I remember reading about ceylon cinnamon a lot in your log so I bought some but now idk where to use it lol 🤦 cinnamon with veggies sounds kinda weird

when I am in a large deficit I have to eat only 3-4 larger meals, because if I try to eat 6 tiny meals on low calories I never get satiated, I am just hungry all day.

its the best! nutricost carries it
My ceylon cinnamon is still whole and I was lazy to grind, but I did have some pumpkin spice mix which I was wanting to try. Mixed it with some monkfruit sweetener and it was good with cucumbers.

Wife said I've completely lost it 😭🥒
