I’ve been running 12iu growth pre bed for 3 months now give or take, but unlike my previous dose increases the lethargy doesn’t seem to go away and now it’s to the point of I need to sort this lol. In the gym everything is great but outside that I’m constantly tired and could take a nap at any moment. I’ve tried stims but they give me insomnia and my hr gets a bit while im going to failure. I tried motsc didn’t really notice anything but I will try it stacked with other mitochondrial and atp peptides. And now I’m chugging coffee like water. Wondering if anyone has been able to mitigate gh fatigue at higher doses especially since I want to run it higher.

Honestly brother, lowering the gh dose was the only thing that helped.
I’ve ran it as high as you, and was exhausted all the time, falling asleep mid day, I’m prescribed adderall which I barely take ever anymore but when my dose was that high I had to use it just to even be able to half way function, and even with that, I was still fucking exhausted and lethargic.
Which if you know anything about adderall or have taken adderall even at therapeutic doses that’s rare to feel that way on lol.
Only thing that really mitigated the fatigue was going back down to 8 and even then I’d still feel that lethargy shitty feeling, so went back to 6 and 6 is my sweet spot.
Sometimes it’s just not worth it to be on compounds or doses of whatever if it’s effecting your everyday life quality, whether it be shitty sleep, mental health, lethargy whatever it maybe.
Don’t be afraid to drop back down and cruise on a lower dose for a bit. Esp if your quality of life is suffering bro.
When I push in a growth phase I’ll titrate it back up to 10ius for 4-6 months and deal with it but after that I’m coming back down everytime.
6-8 gives plenty of the same benefits without the exhaustion and lethargy etc.
Unless you trying to be 300lbs lean or already are, going from 12 to 8 or even 6, you’ll still see the benefits and less sides.
