For me Cialis seems to stay in my system for a few days even, absolutely love the slow release. Three days after taking a simple 10mg tab and still wake up rock hard.
 
I’ve been taking 5mg per day for ever. So many benefits:
 
I dose it a little higher than most at 10-20mg daily. I'll take it for the rest of my life. Helps with blood pressure, prostate, and obviously the sex benefits 😅😁
 
About to add it to my daily med collection. Seems to hit me the day after I take it as some others have experienced as well. Excellent stuff and I’m happy to learn it can be taken daily.

I've felt that too where I felt the 2nd day was stronger. Taking it daily avoids that 😋

Damn brother 5mg gets me rock hard I can't imagine 10-20 will be crazy. I am even afraid to try it.

It's like a flag pole. My girls loves it 👍

The real reason I take that high dose is for the prostate benefits. I like my DHTs bur my prostate isn't the biggest fan 😅

Take to last ….

Well - for me I take 5mg daily for BPH (but it does give me erections easy anytime .

If I’m stressed , full, or with a new chick and wanna make sure I’m g2g , I like the whole 20mg or 25mg(some UG are dosed at 25). Adding 50mg Viagra works also.

Cialis works for the day and night I use it . No longer .
