I know a gal who wants to compete an a “natty” show but she has run some anavar once in the past.
does anyone know how long that will stay in system and test positive if the comp she goes to tests her?
It is depending on the equipment that the lab uses. WADA has very advanced technology for finding metabolites for 3 weeks. I highly doubt that they would test and if they did, it would probably be sent to a lab ill equipped with the super advanced technology used for professional Olympic athletes. Usually 4-5 days under a normal lab test would show clear of oxandrolone. I think testing is random for winners, my girl won quite a few placings in a contest and was never tested. I would get more info on the contest and see what the deal is. I have seen them have people sign a form stating they did not take AAS/PEDS, also polygraph as well. The only competitions that I am aware of that use WADA certified testing are major CrossFit and Profession Level All Natural Competitions. Some of these tests below are so advanced and used by WADA/IOC but I highly doubt they would be used at an event with no prize money. This is just some of the newer technology
1.{SPME} coated blade-spray mass spectrometry
2.Isoform Differential Immunoassays
hGH Biomarkers Test
assays for IGF-1 and P-III-NP
3.Carbon isotope ratio MS (CIRMS) that can distinguish endogenous from exogenous PED’s
4.Paired Ion Electrospray Ionisation (PIESI)
Max
No lab I know has any of the equipment for this type of testing btw.
