I was wondering how long your workout's last while you're on cycle vs when you're cruising on TRT. Myself I am on cycle and I timed my Chest and Tricep workout last night and it lasted 55 minutes. I did about 5 different exercises for my chest with 8-10 reps each set, final set being about 5 reps to failure and 7 different ones for my triceps, about 10-12 reps per exercise with the last rep being about 6-7 reps until failure. All of this lasted 55 minutes, I used my iphone timer to check. I took about 25-35 second rest period between chest reps, and 2 minutes rest between each chest set, for my triceps I took 10-15 second rest periods between reps and 1 minute between sets. And I took 3 minute break between each exercise for chest and 2 minute between each exercise for triceps. Now this is going at a fast rate, my heart rate never went below 125 beats per minute with spikes to 150 right after each set. I check these things with my apple watch. That thing comes in handy, for those that don't own an apple watch I would advise you to get one, only if you have an Iphone to pair it with, otherwise stick to what you have now. Now when I go off cycle these times will most definitely increase to something like and hour and a half total. I just don't get the angry, teeth grinding, full of gusteau and energy when off cycle, when on I feel like I can go on forever but I have to stop myself because I would injure myself pretty fast if I didn't halt after those 55 minutes. Right after workout I drink a shake made with grilled salmon, basmati rice, yam, 4 whole eggs cooked and milk, it does not taste good at all but it provides my aching muscle with all the nutrients they need post workout, have been doing that for years now, I am used to it, I just swallow with my back of the throat to get rid of the taste as much as possible. Then I take my shower and then I eat my 6th meal, take my 6iu of HGH, eat a THC infused eatable and go to sleep. That's my daily routine for my workouts. Ok now I got off track, so anyway, how are you guys managing your time in the gym, is there anything you would tweak with my routine ? Any input is appreciated as always.
