High blood pressure on cycle? How do you cope?

Eating healthy.
Removing Sugar.
Lowering Sodium.
Doing Cardio.

I recommend everyone getting a blood pressure cuff. Keep track of your pressure. Get on blood meds if you have to, don’t live with high blood pressure.

I agree with all of this. I do use some additional BP support natural supps like Beet Root and even sometimes some Carditone but all in all @BodybuilderZepp hit the nail on the head.

Great to hear that you're already taking steps to manage your high blood pressure through healthy lifestyle habits. It's also important to monitor your blood pressure regularly

Hemo Flow by Leviathian Nutrition and Grapefruit Extract to lower RBC, Nattokinase to lower platelets, cialis to relax blood vessels, nitric oxides like arginine and citrulline for better blood flow, omega 3 for thinner blood and good blood flow, and of course drink lots of water!

Yup, no alcohol, no stims or caffeine for me.

Yup, I need to drop the stims and caffeine and I'm sure I could get off the small doses I'm on. I have some injectable Anadrol & Dbol I have to try as a pre-workout and see if it gives me energy for my workouts. ✌️
Ever since I started using dbol I'm really interested in how injectable dbol is.

I see. It's good that you are considering dropping stims and caffeine as they can contribute to high blood pressure. However, I would advise you to be cautious with using injectable Anadrol and Dbol as pre-workouts.

Definitely. I took 75mg yesterday and I told myself I'm not gonna do that again, we gotta be smart with the things we do to our bodies even if it feels good.
To begin with low doses is better option and gradually increase after understanding bodies response to it considering no health compromise
