I do use some additional BP support natural supps like Beet Root and even sometimes some Carditone but all in all @BodybuilderZepp hit the nail on the head.

2. No alchol
3. I take prescription blood pressure meds that my Doctor prescribes.
4. I need to limit caffeine and pre-workout stim but I love them
5. I take supplements that lower blood pressure.
Yup, I need to drop the stims and caffeine and I'm sure I could get off the small doses I'm on. I have some injectable Anadrol & Dbol I have to try as a pre-workout and see if it gives me energy for my workouts.Yup, no alcohol, no stims or caffeine for me.
