Nice board here to learn aot and share what i know,i did powerliftinf for about 8 years won the nationals in my class(181) 3 years straight got bored and moved on to body buildingwon a few competitions,now im trying to give bodybuilding an honest shot next year and see where i go,again thanks for having me here.

We all grew up in South America but we also are gym buddies. Ill get trice to post some of his videos he's a beast.
