What kit of theirs are you using?I was using GH from a former sponsor on here that crashed and burned last year so I switched to Kits4Less. I'm 43 and each test was pulled while using 6iu's. Results speak for themselves.

Once i hit 4ius i get CTS and cant go any higher6iu's before bed.
Hell I can’t make it past 2 without the CTS kicking in.Once i hit 4ius i get CTS and cant go any higher
Then after that i pushed to 5iu and i wake up in middle of night hands numb and started to get gyno… idk how people can get so many iusHell I can’t make it past 2 without the CTS kicking in.
It's a long shot but worth a try....... try 4 to 6ius every other day. Big Paul mentioned this to help mitigate CTS.Then after that i pushed to 5iu and i wake up in middle of night hands numb and started to get gyno… idk how people can get so many ius
I’ve never hewed of gyno from GH but not saying it can’t happen. But I will say some people are just sensitive to the stuff. I ran 2iu’s for a few months and tried going up and just couldn’t take it.Then after that i pushed to 5iu and i wake up in middle of night hands numb and started to get gyno… idk how people can get so many ius
I thought about doing that. Someone on anther forum heard the same thing but he didn’t say where it came from. I figured it may help with fasting glucose as well. My glucose varies so much on just 2ius so next week I may just do 4ius every other day and see if that makes a difference all the way around. It's a long shot but worth a try....... try 4 to 6ius every other day. Try reta to help balance glucoseI thought about doing that. Someone on anther forum heard the same thing but he didn’t say where it came from. I figured it may help with fasting glucose as well. I’m using berberine now and just bumped it to three times a day with my high carb meals. I’m a powerlifter and I’m training for nationals so I’m afraid to use Reta due to the appetite suppression. Can it be ran at a super low dose to get the glucose benefits out of it and not suppress my appetite?Try reta to help balance glucose

Awesome. That’s where I’m headed at the end of May. The Ultra Nationals in Anaheim. I appreciate the advise on the Reta. I’ll have to get into my wife’s stash. She cutting down to a lower weight class. She powerlifts too. She really likes Reta so I may just follow your advise and use it. Are you pinning it at night? My buddy competed in nationals a few months back in California
I recently added on R-ALA a few days ago but haven’t put chromium with it. I’m going to check my fasted glucose in the morning and see what it’s at. I’ve heard on GH that as long as you’re under 105 you’re fine but at 52 I’d rather have mine under 100.R-ala, Berberine and chromium significantly help my blood sugar levels
Depending on how close to my last meal, my glucose swings between 92-108 in the mornings.I recently added on R-ALA a few days ago but haven’t put chromium with it. Awesome thanks broYes split into two shots.. mon&thurs
Without those mine was hitting 105-108. With those supplements it stays between 89-94.I recently added on R-ALA a few days ago but haven’t put chromium with it. Thought about doing .5mg. Thanks and nvmd. I’ll stick to my berberine with ceylon cinnamon.I experimented with low dose reta and 1mg crushed my appetite. The slowed gastric emptying was not fun as well.
Don't just throw it in. Stick with the berberine.
Nice to know. I’ve got a couple kits of Titan to last a while.Titan.
That’s exactly what I worry about. I definitely don’t want to crush my appetite.I experimented with low dose reta and 1mg crushed my appetite. The slowed gastric emptying was not fun as well.
