Anyone else here on a reverse after competition?
What's your protocol... what gear are you running on your reverse?

My coach as cut me down to 200mg Test E weekly and HGH 3IU daily at PM... I'm now 4 weeks out from my last show the plan is to bulk for the next show and cut Summer 2027.

Just wondering when we start bringing back Tren and his 2 best friends Mast and Primo...lol

I am not, but have a post show rebound/reverse diet phase plan starting on September 6th that will run for 5 weeks and then I’ll go into a health phase.

That cycle will be as followed, daily doses:
130mg NPP
5-10mg Test Prop
6iu HGH

If longevity is your goal in this sport, I’d learn to look forward to being off of gear and in particular off of tren as much as being on it and figuring out ways to make progress on lower androgen loads.

910mg/week NPP?

The rebound will be pretty crazy though. I’ve never been this lean to then do a 1 gram/week NPP rebound + hgh.
Curious what your health cycle looks like. Is it just some test prop daily?

I know im actually looking forward to when I wrap up my current one. Planning on just test with a little primo or mast added.

Curious how low you run the test and for how long? Do you lose much size in your health phase, and does it come back pretty quickly when on again?

I cover that part in this post here:

The length of the health phase is dependent on what I did prior and bloodwork, so it's not set in stone. The NPP rebound cycle will bring most of my bloodwork from contest prep back to normal, so I don't anticipate a longer than 6 week health phase. I have 2 types of health phases:

- Extended health phase of 12+ weeks. With this health phase, I drop my test dose down to as low as 150mg/week and noticeably downsize. At 150mg/week test, my total test is about 900 with free test around 150 (I can manipulate that free test # with injection frequency if needed). By the end of this phase, I will look natty. There are photos in that other thread with examples. You can think of this as a "hibernation" health phase, where I just shut down and go back to as close to baseline natural as I can. The objective with this phase is to clear up any long term cumulative stress or inflammation, not just to normalize lab panels.

- Abbreviated health phase of 6-8 weeks. With this health phase, I'll do a test dose of 300-350mg/week and retain most if not all the size gained in the prior phases. This addresses any adverse short term variables that may have been caused by the prior contest prep or growth phase. The primary objective here is to normalize lab panels without sacrificing too much size. This is how I'll approach the upcoming health phase in October.

There are other things I might do during a health phase, including:

  • Physical therapy on any injury or mobility issue from the prior year
  • Hair recovery protocol; finasteride, dermarolling, peptides, etc. I don't have much hair loss from AAS (another benefit of NPP) so this is more of a preventative measure for age related hair loss
  • Prolonged fasting periods; multi day fasts
  • HCG/HMG for fertility and testicular function recovery
  • Various organ health specific protocols
And so on

Damn, that’s crazy. I can appreciate your approach to the longevity aspect because I feel that is an often overlooked part to this game for a lot of people

Two camps:

1) You reverse out, drop to TRT only and clean out. Slowly add calories back as needed

2) Go for the rebound. Up Cals right away and add gear going for as much as you can while insulin sensitive.

100% individual and based on goals.

It's based on how the person reacts week to week. These guys making detailed plans of Week 4 this...week 6 this...etc. It doesn't work like that.
