HGH negatively impacting sleep

I also went to every other day and that helped. My igf-1 level still went from 100 ng/mL to 200s ng/mL. The goal at our age is to get to the top of the normal range for our age. I average 1 iu/d to get that jump. GH has some side effects though. Not everyone can dial it in.

EOD with gh? Huh…I don’t know why I never even thought of that. That actually sounds brilliant if you’re prone to side effects from it. Might have to give that a try.

A guy on another forum mentioned he saw a Big Paul video with him saying every other day injections were good for guys experiencing side effects. For example if you pin 2ius every day and are having sides. Do 3-4 ius very other day and see if that helps with the sides.

In the clinical trail (one of them anyway) the dose was 18iU all at bedtime. If people had sides they went to EOD. IGF-1 was barely affected but sides diminished considerably. Pretty good trade and something to try if you’re getting sides.

Considering trying to crease my dose but go eod and see if I get better effect with no increase in sides but at 4iU I’m ok for now between cycles. Might push up to 6iU in my next cycle and if I get sides go eod and see how it goes (and if I could then go higher eod…)

Good GH I sleep like a rock, Ive come off GH for a little break and can definitely tell you my sleep has been shitty.
Now pin the other hand... I tried some cheap ass 5 Chinese peptide places
HGH and that shit made me wired and a rapid heartbeat.
Trying to fall asleep was impossible!!!!!!!!
Gave me nasty welts at the Inj site also. Never again will I go the cheapest
route for GH.

vendor to vendor.
When the heydays of Alibaba selling HGH on their site and you could buy
a kit for $35 with a CC...lol ..... That's where I found that the best generics were coming out of Hebui province, mostly Blue tops but some Gold tops
were great. (I know colors don't mean a thing) But the stonewash colored blue tops were always superior. I bought several kits for 4-5 years before Alibaba got busted not only for HGH but gear also.

I've also run HG Saizen for many years but found that some good generics are damn close enough that Ive stopped buying HG.
$500 vs $200.. its a no brainier.

I've always gotten great rem sleep on good HGH. and during the day injects I feel tired quite a bit.

Jano said in a video that the generics, aka UGL, is testing from 97-99 low dimer. So yeah, no brainer.

I found that when I took HGH prior to going to bed, I'd fall asleep easily, but I'd often wake up a few hours later and have trouble going back to sleep. Since I usually wake up at least once at night anyways, I switched to taking HGH whenever I wakeup versus prior to going to bed. With this method, it generally puts me in a deep sleep through the rest of the night.
