I may be in the overwhelming minority here, but HGH 2IU before bed has been negatively impacting my sleep. Usually I fall asleep very easily, but with HGH (and this happened when I was using tesamorelin before bed too), I get this kind of mild discomfort. I’m not stimulated, my heart isn’t racing, but like I can’t fall asleep as easily.
Once I do fall asleep I am good, I’ll sleep through the night other than waking up sometimes to pee no more than once, but it’s the falling asleep part that has gotten harder and taken at least a full hour.
Anyone have any explanations? Is it simply my body not being used to the exogenous GH input that is throwing off my circadian rhythm/natural sleep mechanisms?
Thanks
