Help with sexual dysfunction on test and primo.

Difficulty getting and maintaining an erection and almost impossible to orgasm.

Current protocol is test cyp 400 a week and primo 200 a week split up and injected daily. Also 2.5iu gh daily. Test primo and gh are from Marathon. Also added hcg at 250iu three times a week and 6mg aromasin on days I inject hcg two weeks ago to help with penis sensitivity.

Week 3-4 were pretty good. Dick was basically hard all the time, random throughout the day and waking me up in the middle of the night. Libido through the roof but difficulty reaching orgasm was already starting. This is pretty normal for me on test. Even happens to a mild degree on trt levels.

The super confusing part to me is every time I’ve slightly increased my dose of either test or primo I’ll get maybe 4-5 days of dick being hard all day agin and crazy high libido. Blood test showed e2 in the high 50’s a few weeks ago which I know isn’t really high but my body didn’t really like that much. That much e2 gives me burning nipples which has almost gone away since starting the aromasin.

Getting another blood test on Monday to see what’s going on. I’m definitely curious to see what prolactin is doing. If anyone has any insight or personal experience or what else to add to the blood test to try to figure this out would be greatly appreciated.

I guess the good news in a way is learning that primo doesn’t have much of an ai effect on me so I can run it higher.

Did this start before or after you started aromasin? It’s possible you crashed your estrogen which could cause what you are experiencing.
 
Definitely started before aromasin. I always get slight dysfunction on test. I was suprised to see my estrogen about where it’s is without the primo. I’ve had burning nipple sensations since about the end of week one. I only started the 6mg aromasin once I started the hcg. Offer the first few injections it seemed like it was even high which I know hcg can do. Burning nipple sensation got a bit worse. The aromasin has just about got my nipples feeling normal. I feel pretty decent other than the sexual issues.

Is primo known to do that? This is my first time running primo and at 300 test 100 primo it had no effect on e2 at all. I upped to 400 test and 200 primo and things got better for a while then right back to where I am now. My body hates steroids haha

Out of all the compounds besides Test, that’s probably the one I respond to best and enjoy the most in terms of overall effects with minimal sides.

Doesn’t really solve the issue you’re dealing with, but everyone seems to react differently to Primo when it comes to E2 levels. EQ, on the other hand, seems to absolutely crush estrogen for most people.

I’ve always liked Mast mainly because of its MOA.

What is moa?

If I understand right mast act more like a serm?

Based on all the info you have do you really think my e2 is gone? I still get burning nipples that kind of come and go. Much better since the aromasin. I would be suprised to find my e2 crashed even with the hcg but who knows.

The hcg has seemed to help with being able to orgasm, just weird with the a half hard dick.
 
MOA is mechanism of action.

I have no idea but it sounds like you potentially crashed it.

Sounds like everything is out of whack my dude.
