Hi, I am 40 years of age. I have always lifted since a teenager and have been fit and strong. Just natural no steroids or supplements up until this year

The last few years I felt I was struggling with the training, not recovering, lack of energy, no gains. In 5 years I went from 13stone to 16.2stone in January this year.

I started to look into things and my testosterone was low.

I signed up to a clinic in February this year and started TRT. Dosages written in table above. TRT has made a massive difference I'm training heavy 4 days a week and have made great progress I'm 13 stone of lean muscle again and lifting heavy and recovery is massively improved.

I decided to go at this alone in June when the Clinic I was with changed doctors and even I knew he didn't have a clue how to advise me.

I also take 50mcg of T3 per day as my thyroid was struggling. I've been doing that since June.

I have no complaints apart from a noticeable loss of libido. I think its down to elevated prolactin and estrogen?

Injection frequency and dosages are all in the table above.

I've been taking dim, boron and 100mg of b6 per day since June to try and reduce estrogen and Prolactin levels.

Every blood test I always avoid any sexual activity or vitiman supplements for 48hrs prior to the test. Blood tests always taken at 6am in the lowest trough period.

I am just unsure of what to do next obviously I need to address the prolactin level in particular, but I am unsure of how to do that.

Any advice much appreciated.

Thanks
