been on 500mg Test E for 4 weeks now and this past week been having slight headaches (head pressure). is this normal ? just donated whole blood monday and they are still there . could my rbc and hemo be too high and should go back to TRT dose or just continue with cycle ? if you guys think rbc is too high , how do these guys running 1g or more a week keep that stuff under control?

blood pressure is last time i took it 138/88 and as far as sleeping right. i wake up 3 times a night . i have had sleep apnea for a long time from what im told by girlfriend that says i struggle to breathe at night.

Could be numerous thing here. It can be either Test flu or BP from water retention, which is caused by estrogen.
Try lowering the sodium intake and add more water in diet, and take aspirin to thin out blood time to times

I would increase you water intake, also you might want to look into a sleep study if your apnea has gotten worse, this in it self can cause high BP, low o2 sat, and put you at risk for CVA, MI, and resp failure from hypoxia. In which case a simple c-pap would help.

This happens to me too on cycle. In my case, it is a sure sign my BP is high. Like you, my BP is almost always borderline hypertensive (140/80), but when I feel the slight headache behind my eyes, it's often higher (like 160/90) Like the other guys said though, it could be caused by several different things. Follow the good advice above, and take your BP next time you feel it. I use hawthorn berry regularly now, and it seems to help.

Haha it helps...i use it w tne as my pre work out, has a couple purposes for me

Hawthorn berry has helped me I'm certain @ 1000mgs a day. I sit right on that border of hypertension as well and rather then using the BP meds my Dr. Prescribed I took the herbal route over a year ago and all is well thus far.

I think all of us who use gear should have a BP meter at home. You can get a good one for about $40.00. So many sides are related to high BP. I use ADC from IM and cardio at least a couple times a week with some asprin keeps it under control. Also high E2 can cause high Bp.

Thank you for all the good advice, gonna continue cycle and increase water intake along with a daily 81mg baby asprin for now as money is tight and will try cycle assist next time around. This cycle has worsened my sleep apnea and unfortunately have no insurance to get a c- pap let alone a sleep study, hopefully one day. My BP has not been that bad highest i recorded in middle of day was 134/96,that was when i went to blood drive.i try and take it twice a day ( in morning and evening) and has been undercontrol pretty much the first number not higher than 140 and bottom not higher than 90. Will report back on headaches in a couple days to see if asprin and increased water intake helped but dont think it will. I will just have to live with it till end of cycle i think.forgot....as far as E2 i know my AI is good and with bloodwork and experience from Trt i know what i need to administer per Mg of Test so i know its not that.

Make sure to get a large meter. The one I bought was to small the reading was out of control. So I got the right size. " for bigger arms" and the readings were much more accurate.

Thats good, yes cause if its too small a cuff your readings will be high and innaccurate. Read the box before you buy and it will tell you which cuff it contains and for what size arm it fits.
