I have one that goes from 10 pounds to like 132. Was wondering if these are any useful towards building forearms ?

I've tried them before and they turned out pretty useless. ive done a few exercises that have worked pretty well. i gotta say heavy farmers walks probably took the cake though, despite being the most basic of all of them. followed by deadhangs/just holding a heavy barbell. and contraction based movements id rank last place

I have one of these on my desk form when i grandfather owned a 7/11 store

I have this one . I did it with my left hand . I must say I do feel it in my forearm wrist and even my upper arm . I probably over did it but I don't use my left hand for much . I have it near the max setting

I got one of these I use it on long car rides I keep it in my truck I don't really notice a difference in anything but I still use it

Do you think you would notice it more if u did it every other day?

So I do use it about every other day or every few days I didn't notice any forearm size move up or anything but I've noticed my hand grip has gotten stronger because on harder settings where I was struggling to squeeze it it eventually got a little more easy so I mean I don't know if it more focuses on grip or forearms

Two things- you can either attach a weight to a rope and run it thru like a 10-25 pound plate. Then you roll it up with your hands and slowly roll down. That’s a burner. OR reverse easy bar curls are good too. Got my forearms from raving motocross but that rope one is solid af!

Reverse curls with DBs and Farmers walks seems to light my forearms up, I bought a walking pad and hold onto some DBs for as long as I can also while walking.

Guy at work does motocross and has one of these on his desks.

Chopping wood and carrying heavy buckets full of grain and or water seemed to work for my granddad.

Caught a back hand from him once … all forearm…. Whatever I did to piss him off, I never did it again.

Update my forearms are sore from doing that for a couple minutes yesterday. It's like ten degrees and I had to walk with my sleeves pulled up to get my forearms to stop burning . Definitely will do again .

Hold heavy shit. Reverse curls and hammer curls.

Growing up on a farm picking up heavy things, swinging heavy objects, and constantly using hands to torque, pull or carry made my hands and forearms really thick and strong.
