If you're looking for comfort these sketcher max cushion shoes are awesome... So comfortable on the feet... One word of caution though... If you have a wider foot get the extra wide size... Otherwise your toes and side of the foot will be cramped and hurt like the dickins...

I tend to really enjoy shoes w a wider toe box and minimal heal elevation

All time favorites for lifting , walking, HIIT, short runs etc are the Reebok Nano 2.0 , unfortunately they’re hard to find . Fortunately I bought like 4 pairs a few years ago so I’m still using them…

Recently bought the No Bull

Nike blazers, flat bottoms or barefoot for squats etc,i also have air max or alpha trainers for ed use

I’m a fan

Traveling this week and needed to bring like 3 pairs of shoes so room was limited. Bought some of these hoping to save room and have something to do a squat pattern in. They were cheap, we'll see. I thought about just using socks, but feel like I never have a good grip.

This is what I rock at the gym with inserts since I have high arches with wide feet

My feet got pretty beat up from wearing jungle boots and ICB's (infantry combat boots). Vivo's have helped keep my pronation neutral, allow my toes to spread more naturally, and improve my overall stride and push-off.

They're the shit.

It only matters on Squat and DL day. I use the Adidas Powerlifting Shoes I have (on those days only).
Sometimes DL is those "hospital socks" with the rubber grips on the bottom. Otherwise shoes don't really matter that much...
A basic comfortable sneaker is fine for me...

I've tried Mizuno, Hokas, and Saucony shoes. But the only ones I really liked were Brooks - and only their glycerin line.

Glycerin 23s as daily trainers/go-to. I just like these overall.
Glycerin Flex for running outdoors or leg day. - These are the lightest and firmest of the three. Feel the most grounded with them.
Glycerin Max 2s for walking or treadmill. - These are tall and plush. They have a fat, deep rocker for toe offs. Good shock absorption for the treadmill. They also make me go from 5'10" to 6'0"

For squat day the Timberland Pro composite toe. My pair is similar to this. Got them a dozen years ago,
they should be good for many years yet, probably a one time purchase. For walking, the Brooks walking shoes. For
every day use, Otomix (I have many pairs and styles, many still new in the box.)
