Grow Your Upper Back With the Exercise Nobody Does

i got a huge upper back doing these on a chest supported tbar row. probably the easiest way to slap on lean mass out of any movement for me.

gotta have a tbar machine with a really long pad thats almost full body though. if its one of those little chest pads itll suffocate u as your strength amplifies. also gotta make sure the setup allows for straps

Have to try these out today. Traps are big enough but the lower traps could use some bringing up!

yeah thats the difference between them and standard shrugs. it helped that cobra shape snake out further down my back. ive lost a lot of the size since i moved and dont have access to that machine anymore. oh well, gunna go for an mp look now anyway
