I am looking for quick easy ways to incorporate ground beef or Turkey into my diet. What are some of you guys favorite/go to ways of eating this. Not looking for big recipes.
 
Ground beef, Brown rice and sweet potatoes every day for lunch. Does not get old
 
tacos man, some general taco seasoning, or you can do a quick homemade mixture. salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion powder and cumin. you can also do a super meat sauce over pasta, i'll throw 8oz's of cooked ground beef into the sauce i'm using for the meal, heat it up until it bubbles, throw it over the pasta and you're done. if you cook it in bulk you can just keep weighing it out, dump it in your sauce, heat it up on the go, whatever. super quick and easy. ground beef and rice, ground turkey and rice. etc. that home made mixture you can use for all that.
 
Ground turkey, brown rice, and veggies all mixed together with tomato sauce!!!

bbq sauce if you can have the extra carbs

All of these are good go to meals.

An easy meal I enjoy is some ground beef browned and just throw in a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, lil hot sauce. 5 min meal
 
i'll do lettuce wraps with ground beef or turkey - romaine lettuce, deli mustard, onions, sauerkraut. delicious.

The top two answers are right there for the taking – get yourself some lean burgers, get yourself some lean tacos and you should be good to go for life. Remember that you can use whatever lean carb bread or roll you want. Tacos and burgers (lean and mean) are two things that I am never ever going to get sick of.
 
Meat loaf.

ground meat, eggs, spices. Make a big lump and bake. Can mix up spices for variety. If you want textural variety, cut a cooked piece and pan fry it in a little oil (or butter if you can afford the cals/fats).

X2 for meatloaf. I mix 50/50 turkey beef.eat it for brekfast lunch or dinner

BTW....if you switch to grass fed organic beef....it tastes 100% better not to mention the fat is actually good for you as opposed to the artery clogging fat in regular grain fed store bought beef. Plus the beef is 100x healthier for you. I switched a month or so ago ans will NEVER go back. Just fry in a pan in burger form until its a little brown outside and just a hair under medium in the middle.....tastes fucking amazing. Its so much "lighter" when you eat it. Not heavy feeling.
