I have been ordering from Platinum for years even back in the Flash Lab days! I have always received great customer care and fast shipping. Even as busy as he always is, always will get back to you if you have a question or if something happens.
Recently I placed an order and two of the vials of test were a different type than order. I reached out to him and he sent me the correct ones, they were in the mail the next day. Normally you have to sacrifice or pick your poison when it comes to 1) great quality, 2) fast shipping, 3) great customer service, or 4) great deals; not with Platinum, you get all of it. I’m glad that we crossed paths and I haven’t looked elsewhere since.
