glutathione reconstitution

What is the best way to reconstitute glutathione? Would i use bac water or sterile water. Seems like everywhere online it says sterile water.
This would be for IM injections.
 
I get the ones that come with 600mg lypolized powder glutathione and it includes sterile water in the box so I just use that. Must be some reason for that over bac water, but I don't know.

I did mess up a sterile water vial once and substituted bac water. Did it hurt the powder, I don't know, but no pip or anything.

how much water did you put in? did you inject everything at once or split between few injections. I ordered 600mg vial just not sure how to reconstitute. With other peptides i just use bac water. didnt realize this was different. thanks
 
There’s no difference in the water.

There’s 600mg in the vial. I use 200mg twice a week and find it takes a fair amount of water to reconstitute it. I used 3ml water and that equates to 200mg/ml. Be patient because it takes a while to all dissolve.

thanks..thats what i was thinking. I heard that it stings after the injection..hopefully not too bad.

I use 3ml as well to reconstitute. I do 100mg every other day. I put .5cc glutathione and .5cc b12 into the syringe. Helps cut down pip.
 
It depends on how long you plan to store it. If at all. Sterile water is fine for a long time but if you're going to use some then store it I'd go with the bac water. The 0.9% benzyl alcohol in the bac water is to prevent bacterial growth.
 
Been using LifeSupport from Amino Asylum. Has NAC, glutathione, glycine, glutamine, taurine, and choline. Stings like a bitch but goes away quick. It's ship reconstituted and non-refrigerated, so not sure how much the glutathione degrades...

Some compounds need specific dilution ratios. Others don't. Most guys mix 5cc of bac water per 600mgs of glutathione but u can use less.

If u try that with NAD+ u will burn a hole in your ass or whenever u inject. That stuff is highly crystalized and if u don't dilute it high enough it will leave an abscess or lump the size of a golfball.

Most peptides that are 5 or 10 mgs I like to dilute w 2cc of bac water
It makes the math super simple on an insulin pin

ALWAYS use Bac water! When they say sterile water, that's what they mean. Though they should be specific.

It's no different. Figure out the math with the mg per mil you want, add the bac water, filter it, done. For instance if you want 100 mg of glutathione per mil, use 1g powder to 10 mil of bac water.

Thanks bro I was kinda wondering if its basically the same process I seen someone putting in naoh pellets for ph
But I want sure on that. I take it’s the same for b12 then too?

Perhaps. Not sure on that. What I am sure on is the process is the same. But I'm a huge fan of B complex injections. Hell, it's been awhile. I should take one. It's funny to me that so many guys only use B12, which is great. But I feel they are missing the boat. B complex is the shiiiiiiiiiiiit.

For your gluthione which comes w/ Vit C, do you mix both the vitc and water in the vial? Only reason I ask, I was at an IV Therapy shop last week, had several goodies pumped in via IV - she mentioned that they don't mix vit c and gluthione together as it somewhat negates the gluthiones effectiveness - I assumed she knew shit about fuck though. Asking a pro :)

I suck at breaking those glass vitamin c bottles open. I always see glass shards in the bottom. I don't have any filtered needles on hand but need to get some.

I always thought C wouldn't take away any effectiveness though.
