I use paper log book. I'd like to go "digital" but I'd hate to lose it over something. Log book will always be there. I used one app a while and it was pain to set up but was good for trainers and coachesit's called "Stronger"

it's a lot to set up at first but it has actually been really helpful
I'm the opposite. I can't tell you how many times I misplace notebooks or paper/pens. At least if it's on my phone the app is cloud based and I can always re-download it should the worst happen. Nutrition has been in range but I'm not going to lie i've been slacking on water.
Missed dose of var/hgh yesterday because I was down and out, allergies grabbed me by the balls.
I was more concerned about oxygen than anything.
I am getting a lot stronger at the gym, weights are going up a lot.
I'll get back to regular daily posting.
