3.5 mile puppy walk - 10.5k total steps for the day
65 min chest and tri day
Rings closing close to 700 cal burned

I use paper log book. I'd like to go "digital" but I'd hate to lose it over something. Log book will always be there. I used one app a while and it was pain to set up but was good for trainers and coaches

I'm the opposite. I can't tell you how many times I misplace notebooks or paper/pens. At least if it's on my phone the app is cloud based and I can always re-download it should the worst happen. And it does give helpful tips and hints to push harder.
Definitely a pain to set up but it was worth it.

Nutrition is a little low today, just wasn't hungry for whatever reason.
I did stay up way too late reading last night though so that could have thrown everything off.

Really solid workout today. It felt good. Finally taking some control back in my personal life too.
Read another book, Boardroom Ties, it was super good. Now reading Entombed, by Ariel Anderson. So far so good. There's a dragon involved so I can't complain.

Nutrition has been in range but I'm not going to lie i've been slacking on water.

Missed dose of var/hgh yesterday because I was down and out, allergies grabbed me by the balls.
I was more concerned about oxygen than anything.
I am getting a lot stronger at the gym, weights are going up a lot.
I'll get back to regular daily posting.
