I’ll drink a protein shake before bed but I’ll be -8 on carbs.
Water: 133oz.. what can I say I was a thirsty bitch today. lol

Activity:
2k steps
44 min incline walk (making up for steps)
60 mins shoulders
22 mins sauna

Same shoulder day as before, tomorrow I’ll type out my whole routine but I did add in reverse flys

Yesterday was arms and core, but I think I have a solid gym plan that I'm comfortable with moving forward.
I'll be starting tomorrow. Just needed to get this out:

Hammie curl warm up
belt squat
bb RDL
hip thrust
glute hyperextensions

Day 2 Chest + Tri
DB Incline Chest Press
Smith flat bench press
Fly
Cable rope push downs
Cross cable burn outs
10 mins abs

Day 3 Back
Bent over DB Row
Iso Front Pull
Rear delt fly
Hammer Strength Pullover
Lat Pull Down burnouts

Day 4 Leg - Iso movements
Single leg RDL
Single leg Extensions
Adductors/Abductor superset
Cable Kickbacks

Day 5 Shoulders
Lat Raise and palm out lat raise superset
DB press
Single arm Hammer Strength press
Face Pulls
10 mins abs

Day 6 - peloton class of choice and core

4 days a week 30 mins cardio
4k steps a day
Sauna 2-4 times a week depending on hydration.
Crossing 650 cal on apple rings 5 days a week

Caloric intake:
150gP, 150gC, 45gF

Leg day one complete today
Fueled by pure feminine rage.

Belt squats went up to 65 loaded on each side
Hip thrusts went up to 250 for sets of 12 full ROM
Everything else stayed the same.

7k steps so far today, includes 2 mile puppy walk
Currently at about 50 oz water but still working on it.

I've had one meal today so I know my macros are way off.
Again, feminine rage fueled all day.
Definitely going to get at least 30 more grams of protein in before bed at least.
Maybe a shake as well to bump it to 60.

The rage is real.
Crossed the 900 cal burned mark
