EQ is going to make you hungry AF so Id skip it if your cutting.
Have you tried HGH? That will lean you out, tighten your skin and give
fantastic recovery times.
@20% BF you also have to account for E2, the higher the BF% the higher the E2
So an ancillary may be needed..... The only way to tell for sure is bloodwork.
Personally I would establish baseline bloodwork.. then pull bloods again 6-7 weeks into the cycle and see where your markers are at.
I do this with all my clients I train... Baseline is key, you can have bloods done from the online labs like privatemd.com and others if your Dr isnt "Cool"
They send the results to you, not your Dr.

Yes sir, this... Should always have on hand just incase.
I like Aromasin for e2 control... its gentler and will not crash E2.
Its something on standby if your E2 is high (bloodwork) and your nipples (feelz) start to get bitchy.
I use Nolvadex often for pre existing gyno.
