I may be behind the curve here but this is the first time I've heard of this. I know a lot of people don't like Vigorous Steve but the guy he's talking to, Ben Pakulski, brought genetic studies up and it really grabbed my attention to put it mildly. It's crazy the kind of advancements that might be possible with this.

Ben Paluski dreamed up a state of the art training facility that he had built for himself. He had scientist doing muscle biopsies on him to see if the muscles were fast or slow twitch so he knew exactly the rep ranges and volume he needed for each muscle..... He also was huge on slin and HGH being synergistic, which we all know they do go hand and hand and was the next big thing, so you didn't have to abuse AAS nearly as much.
Then his brain went all fuckey and was tripped out for a long time...lol

First time seeing this stuff. Smart man. I hope he got his head on straight. With this only being 10 months old I'm "assuming" he did. And if what you said he did above isn't hard-core there's no such thing.
