How long did you guys wait to start lifting again after getting your gall bladder removed , any insite is appreciated. Thanks

I think I toke off around 6 weeks. Definitely don’t want to relive those issues again

I waited about 2 weeks before resuming light lifting. Mine was laparoscopic surgery. Started BPC-157 the day after I got home from the hospital.

I’d wait at least 6 weeks for anything dealing with core, back, chest just to be safe. Arms, legs machines and cables for some light lifting is all
