Gonna make me do the walk of shame huh? lol

Well I guess for full transparency, I have not been sticking to plan 100% and have been adding in extra meals when I would get hungry. I tried to justify it by telling myself they were clean meals.

But end of the day off plan is off plan. Coach had to give me a little slap in the face and put me in check after letting it slide multiple times. That’s all I needed and there will be no extra food off plan aside from scheduled free meals.

More progress across the board. Hit all numbers I was aiming for and the weight definitely felt lighter. I think the food is working!!

Rest day from training, day off work, get a total rest day! About to head in for some cardio and abs then run a couple errands and clean up around the house etc.

What’s going on fellas.

Push day this AM. Session flowed like water, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Aside from having to sub my usual incline machine and used the Arsenal one today but it felt pretty good.

Pump was going crazy!
