Rest day today from training. But sitting outside the gym as I type this about to head in for some cardio and abs before work. Gonna be a great day.

Not much exciting to report just the same ole same ole around here. Already getting excited about leg day tomorrow.

Happy Monday Happy Monday. Which is my Friday for work and I get a 4 day weekend this week so needless to say I am in a pretty good mood

Rest day from training but about to head into town and get some cardio and AB’s in before work.

Not a lot else going on to speak of. Just more of the same, just how I like it. I am a creature of habit and routine, probably why the bodybuilding lifestyle appeals to me so much. Just feels natural to live this way and really doesn’t take much effort. When you truly enjoy doing something it really isn’t difficult and there is no need to search for some sort of motivation.

What’s going on boys!!! Just got back to the house after a solid push/cardio/abs session this morning. Got the day off work, gonna be a good day.

Session went great, just another brick on the wall. Nothing monumental to speak of just more of the same. Progress was made.

Gonna get a few days of meals prepped up and do some house chores etc.

Feel like all these updates are about the same but fuck it lol pull session went great per usual, did notice a little right arm bicep area pain during my rows that I will keep an eye on. Nothing right now but during the sets I felt a little discomfort.

Worked up to 315 on deadlifts today so feel like I am finally working with some decent weight to start really progressing from. Moved easy so know I got a lot more but taking it slow not trying to snap my shit up anytime soon.

Day off from work so that’s nice.

Rest day from training today. Been up since 4am getting my coffee in, got some laundry going and clean clothes put away etc.

About to get to the gym and hit some cardio and AB’s. Not much else planned for the day, we will see where it takes me. Don’t to back to work until Saturday so going to try to enjoy it.

What’s going on boys!!

Having a good day over here. Coach allowed me to go grab some sushi last night so I subbed out my last 2 meals of the day and went and ate sushi until it was coming out my eyes, then topped it off with a Butterscotch Pecan Sundae 🤦🏼‍♂️🤷‍♂️ stopped at the gym after and did 30 mins of light cardio just to help me feel better about it mentally, and to help get the digestion process flowing.

Was nice to let loose a bit but man I gotta say I really do just prefer eating my meal preps.
Clean, fresh, and I feel amazing after I eat a meal. But don’t get me wrong it’s nice to have a treat I just feel like shit afterwards usually lol. But sushi is pretty forgiving.

Went and demolished legs this morning and the extra calories def were put to use. Progress was made on everything until I got down to lying leg curl and quad ext my last 2 movements and I ended up failing in the last set. But to be fair I was already at a weight on those that was a struggle so not surprised I failed after upping weight on squats and reps on leg press prior. Just makes it more fun now trying to beat the log book and get better. That’s the name of the game and what makes it so much fun.

Anyway that’s about it back to work tomorrow so prepping meals etc.

What’s going on fellas.

Check in day this morning. Got updates sent over to coach just wanting to hear back on what the game plan is. Up 1 lb this week compared to the 3 last week so hopefully we will add some more food, we shall see.

Weight was 199.4 almost back in the day 200 club lol

Just finished up Push day and cardio. Session went well progress was made across the board. Had to switch up my plate loaded incline machine I typically use due to it being used and not wa to wait. So I went ahead and used the arsenal plate loaded incline. It felt good but had to really lower the weight due to the handles being a lot further apart and creating a lot more intense stretch and felt I was gonna snap my shit up it I went as heavy as I do on the other machine. Might start switching back and forth because it did feel good.
