I have recently thrown in rear Delts this time around and feel it has helped. Not sure if you have tried any of the pump amino blends but they can do some good work on MMC
Tbh I haven’t. I have issues with too much pump to the point it turns my muscles purple and negatively impacts my workout due to reduced rom and pain.

ahh yeah I would avoid for you - I have dabbled with them some, but 90% of the time I don't care for an extra pin

What a great start to my health phase. I feel like so much inflammation vanished this week. I had been using enough gear for myself for quite some time now. This is the most real health phase I am doing over the last year and a half. Me and my coach are on the same page and getting after it.

Check ins 11/21/25 - 238.7

Felt great this whole week for the most part. I tweaked my knee again which is an ongoing battle every 6 months or so. It typically happens when I go heavy heavy on my leg presses or squat movements. I have went back to training in the like 8 rep range with the idea of failing on that 8th rep with heavier load. My body does not agree with that so back to the good ole trusty 12-15. Pumps this week were so much better. I also notice my e2 coming back up with the new cycle. It is very easy for me to crush my e2 on accident and with EQ being used last cycle for the first time in like 2-3 years it was a blind shot in the dark. Next time around I will most likely just stick with my Primo and Mast as I have a lot of both saved up. I can also just run my EQ way lower (sounds boring though lol).

11/24/25 - 236.1

Woke up light as shit!!! Big ole drop, but we will see how that carries. Working Pull today and ready to get after it!!!

2 meals in so far and 2 more to go before the workout.
 
Check ins 11/27/25 - 233.1 (These were taken thanksgiving morning after a low day. Typically all check in days are after a training day. Low day caused weight to drop maybe and extra pound at most with how they typically work). 5 lb drop from last week.

This was such a good week. Felt clean the whole week and didn't go too crazy on Thanksgiving, but still enjoyed it all of the way. No binge is a win.

Slight food choice adjustment to help with some inflammation problems. Also getting a Genova test for any food sensitivities as I seem to be having some kind of reaction I can not figure out.

Check ins 12/5/25 - 235.3 (5 Days Late on the Log)

Definitely just rebounded a little weight after Thanksgiving. The major drop from the previous week for the most part came from me just staying out of the kitchen and letting the girl do all of her cooking for it. However, the following week I got all my food in and weight filled back out some.

The update this coming few days will have my macros adjusted as well.

Current cardio: 8k Steps Daily and 20 minutes 4x per week @ 130bpm
