Hello and welcome to my first log on the site. I'm 6'1 (185cm), 29 years old and have been running anabolics since I was 23. I've competed naturally and was close to competing enhanced but covid put a stop to it. I've used Test E, Deca, Dianabol and Proviron (only one week). So will give a little bit of a background:

When shows were cancelled due to covid I stopped training, got a gf and couldn’t stop eating. I’m an all or nothing guy so when I eat like that I see no reason in training as progress is only hindered, looking back though I’ve basically wasted my prime.
I got back into the gym in March, weighing around 250lbs as your average dad bod basically. I’d been on 125mg since 2020 but in April I decided to blast. I opted for 500mg test e and 250mg deca. I enjoyed my blast a lot and got stronger than I ever was, even having not trained in 5 years. Should I have done this? Probably not but it motivated me to train hard and make the progress I have today. However this lengthly dieting phase ensures I won't be getting that fat again.

I maintained that weight for around 5-6 weeks before deciding it was time to cut down. So at the end of October I started my diet and continued to run 125mg test e per week - one injection per week.

I came on this forum looking for advice and got what I needed in being told not to run tren to try to recomp and just to diet hard and that is going well so far. I implemented retatrutide at .5mg per week 3 weeks ago and since have dropped around 5lbs. I'm weighing in at 235lbs today and will probably run weekly check ins on here.

I had bloods pulled 2 weeks ago, unfortunately 3 days after my 125mg pin, I had to travel a long way but the test was free so can't complain. They messed up the red blood cell test so don't have results for that. My blood pressure is 109/73 and BPM is 71.

Once I hit 225lbs the plan is to double the test dose and add anavar at 50mg per day and 2iu GH for around 6 weeks to get down to around 205lbs. The GH will stay and I'll drop anavar then and maintain for a while before looking to grow.

Training is a simple push/pull/legs split over 5 days. I can't train Sundays but could do 6 days per week but unsure on recovery if I did it that way. At the end of sessions I'm doing cardio for 20 mins, just an incline walk. I work a very sedentary job so my steps are low but right now I'm not concerned about that as weight continues to drop.

The plan going forward is to compete again but I'm not entirely sure when, I think I need this year to grow and potentially get back on stage next year. I am a physique guy but would like to progress to classic physique.

I'm excited to hit the 225lbs goal because then I can enhance my training as I'm doubling test dose and throwing in a compound I've never used before - anavar. Funny thing is that my weights in the gym haven't even gone down in the past month, I'm maintaining my strength.

No changes in the past week is not so promising and a little demotivating. I'm going to drop carbs on training days by around 50g this week and see how the fat loss goes. I will also start logging my training probably from the week I hit 225lbs as I up the ante. Feel weak just now so hopefully anavar gives me a little strength boost.

Bumped up protein and dropped carbs in the past week and the scale is moving in the right direction. I got IGF-1 tested on the 27th to get my natural baseline before I implement IL GH at 2ius on the mini blast once I hit 225lbs.

I hurt my left leg where I have a pain running from my hip deep into my quad around January time. Not too sure what caused the injury but I was squatting beforehand on both leg days twice per week. To be honest my leg days were harder/heavier 3 months ago but since hurting myself I've toned it down. Used BPC-157 at 250mg per day for 30 days and it helped the issue but now with any leg press or squat movement (other than hacks) the pain comes back and is persistent.

so this past week I've felt a training dip, and cravings are hitting hard towards the end of the week. I have considered upping reta to .75mg per week but as weight is dropping I may just keep at .5mg. also going to up fasted cardio to 4.5 speed every day. I'm thinking of utilising a refeed considering I'm 5 months deep into the cut and have had two cheat days this year, a controlled refeed should do me some good. Going to aim for 220P, 700C and 60F this coming Wednesday to see what happens.

I've decided regardless if I hit 225lbs I'm starting the mini blast next Monday and I'm pretty excited for it. I'd like some advice though, the original plan was 250mg test e Mon/Thurs, 50mg anavar daily and 2iu gh daily, is this overkill? maybe drop down anavar? the plan from this mini blast is to get to 205lbs in the next 8-10 weeks, maintain for 2-4 then start a proper blast.

Reached one of my targets yesterday, weighed in at 224.8lbs. The plan was to activate mini blast when reaching 225lbs so it begins on Monday. Going with 300mg test e (switching to prop when it arrives) 50mg anavar and 2iu gh to start. Will be running ASK Labs gh as I'm booked in for testing next Friday. Will pin 10iu intra musc 2 hours prior for the best reading.

Also was rewarded (felt it at the start of the day, less so at the end) with a heavy refeed. I haven't adjusted my macros on MFP in a long time, so they are not accurate. As you can see my usual macros above, this is what I hit today:

To say I'm expecting an improvement in body composition over the coming weeks is an understatement and I'm so excited for it. Will get a list of my daily supplements posted up on Monday's check in too. Currently I've only been using creatine and eaas.

Yeah I'll pose 2 questions if you don't mind:

I'm new to anavar and haven't run it in the past, would you personally start lower than 50mg? Say 30mg for first few weeks and as weight tapers down and gym perfomance maybe stalls, then bump it up to 50mg? Or would you go straight in at the deep end with 50mg from the start.

I've also never used an ai before but the more I research the more I see people advocating to try and stay "in range". I've got aromasin on hand and I have bloods booked for the 20th April. Would you start the mini blast with a low dose of aromasin every other day - knowing that your estrogen already goes high on only 125mg test e - or would you hold off until those blood tests? I will run tamoxifen daily from the get go because obviously we wish to prevent gyno.

I don't have these, interested to see if reta is making any changes to my cholesterol and I have bloods booked in next month. Only using coq10 as well from your heart list but as this is a moderate blast I'm not too worried. Will be adding supps if bloods are a bit out of whack and when I transition to main blast.
 
Kindly sent these items from @Steroidify Rep . Going to be running these from Monday onwards at 50mg prop and 50mg anavar daily. I have bloods getting pulled tomorrow for IGF-1 levels 3 hours after a 10iu IM GH shot from one of the sponsors here. I have also booked in for a full blood panel in around 30 days to see how I respond to these products - the anavar will have run out by then but I have more coming in the next few weeks to keep up the daily dose of 50mg from Steroidify. I think my bird approves, thanks a lot Steroidify!

So I dropped a little bit of weight last week but since upping the drugs my weight has consistently increased to yesterday weighing 229lbs. Coach grok says not to worry as it will be water weight whatwith upping the dosages and potentially due to last weeks refeed still clearing out. It's a bit of a mind fuck to see the scale go up but I don't see any fat gain so I'm not at the panic station yet.

So the weight has gone up this week but I know I don't look any fatter. Imagine it to just be water retention from switching to propionate this week and increasing the dose. Not much to report, I got stronger on a few exercises last week which I was happy with as I've maintained my strength for the last 4 months quite well. No changes for this coming week regarding nutrition/reta/cardio. That being said I'll get my back shaved for next weeks pic. 🤣

Shaved my back! So my weight continues to trend up. Grok is happy enough with this as he says it'll be water retention but I am less happy. My weight hasn't really gone anywhere in the last few weeks and @Wardamn saying that I need to get under 200lbs to then consider starting my main blast has been living rent free in my head for a week. 🤣 Adjustments going forward:

Reta up to .75mg per week
GH up to 3iu daily
Carbs reduced by 30g on training days.
Fasted cardio up to 30 mins everyday

My strength has improved this past week however and I'm feeling good in the gym after a few months hanging on to my strength which is a massive positive. The anavar and little testosterone bump are certainly doing the job.

Finally the scale is tracking in the right direction. I've got some aches and pains that I think a deload/taking 6 or 7 days off could help my body. I've never really taken time off when pushing so I'm not too sure how it will affect my composition/weight. I could use BPC-157 but considering I've been in the gym 5 days per week for the last 12 months I think a week off isn't too bad, but I'm not sure if it's a waste of running the anavar through it? This coming weekend for Wrestlemania I'm having a cheat night for the first time since 12th February, not yet sure what I fancy eating, maybe a burrito and some cheesecake.

@Bolan , coach grok estimates 15/16% body fat so if I can get down to 9/10% I think I'll be in a prime position for a growth phase, the dilemma for me and trying to lose the weight quicker is the timeframe. I'd like to be 205lbs in at most the next 10 weeks so it gives me 20+ weeks for an off-season then around 8-10 weeks to cruise then hit at 10-12 week prep for stage April/May next year. Do you think 2lbs per week at current stats is pushing too hard? Mens physique at 6'1

Your running enough Anabolics to support 2#'s per week, but I still like the 1# rule better. Give it a try dude, you'll know how your body responds for the next time around! (y)

So I had bloods pulled on Wednesday, these bloods were done 23 days into my cycle of 50mg Deus Medical Test Prop daily (excluding Sundays) and 50mg Deus Medical Anavar daily courtesy of @Steroidify Rep . They were taken at 11am and my last pin was the day before at 9am. Seperately I also run 3iu GH, 20mg tamoxifen daily and .75mg reta weekly.

I have typed it out due to the fact it was in the UK version and ranges, so I've changed it to the US ranges:

Couple of causes for concern. My lipids have gotten worse since my bloods in January when I was using zero supplements and just on 125mg test e per week, this is to be expected with Anavar I suppose. However due to the fact I'm running a heavy supplement stack I expected better, alongside using retatrutide too. I will now also add in Ezetimibe at 10mg per day to try and improve my LDL. Also going to use Telmisartan at 40mg per day. I have Cardarine on the way from PSL and will be adding that to the stack at 20mg per day also, interested to see if it has any positive effects on my lipids.

Secondly is my E2. My E2 on 125mg test e weekly was 336pmol/L. Now it is 477pmol/L and that translates to 130pg/mL. I've never used an AI but it may be time to. I've not had any symptoms whatsoever of gyno and my blood pressure is good. Coach Grok thinks everything should be kept as is but I'm not of the same opinion. I had been happy running the 20mg tamoxifen daily as the last thing I want is gyno but there's a few on this forum that advise to keep E2 considerably lower than mine currently is. I have aromasin on hand and was thinking of starting at 12.5mg Monday and 12.5mg Thursday, I will get bloods pulled again in 4-6 weeks. Thoughts on the E2 situation @Meetketchup ?

I'm planning on keeping the anavar in for another 3-4 weeks to see how much I can cut then I'll go back to a cruise phase for a while. I'm also going to start proviron tomorrow at 50mg daily and see how that benefits my free test and shbg as @Vision swears by it and I felt good during the short stint I had with it in prep a few years ago.

Will get the weekly check in up tomorrow once I get pics and bp/fasted glucose readings. I went out for a meal last night for the first time since 12th February and ate roughly 3.5k calories of whatever I wanted, today my weight has gone up like 3lbs but I'm not panicking, will see where the new week takes me.

Deload week over, 7 days rest from the gym and I feel refreshed, I got my hands on a vial of the blend BPC/TB and started it last week at a moderate dose. On Saturday I went out for food with my love and it was lovely, the first few bites of my haddock burger was unreal and I struggled to finish it.

From this week I will be adding Proviron at 50mg daily split AM/PM. I'm also going to begin MT2, 100mcg for the first 3 days then 250mcg days 4-7 then will drop the frequency. Aromasin is coming in at 12.5mg Monday and 12.5mg Thursday. Awaiting delivery of Cardarine and when that comes it'll be going in at 20mg daily pre fasted cardio. I had a delivery of some more goodies from @Steroidify Rep , I appreciate the generosity truly! Trestolone will be saved for a growth phase some time next year, probably post show.

I was told I'm not allowed to shave my chest yet, sorry @Bolan , I don't want her on my case and I'm still too fat anyway to see anything. I also took a pic outside pre MT2 so will be interesting to see what that does to my colour, got my chicken legs in there for you too @Wardamn estimating roughly 15% bodyfat? Still think I should go under 200lbs? I have clen on hand now but will probably utilise that when I get sub 210.

Yeah man, I would shoot for pulling off another 20lbs and get shredded before hitting your growth phase. That will give you a good point to push up.
