So I've been cycling test 300 with 50mg win, with no issues and good results about two months in. I decided to try injecting into my upper thigh, went fine felt nothing on day one, on day two my leg felt like someone gave me a dead leg kinda annoying but manageable, day three I couldn't even walk had to call out of work, my muscle was tight and enflamed, day four started off just as bad but I started being able to get movement back, by night felt like it was on the mend, today was day four made it back to work but limped around all day muscle still sore and feels like theirs a knot around injection site. Like I said this isn't my first time using this gear but it was my first injection in my thigh. Any ideas what went wrong?

Quads can be a bit painful, certain compounds I found didn't bother it as much..lats is a
Post up a pic of where you injected. Could be you did it in the wrong spot, virgin muscle, or some just can’t do quad injections. Thigh injections are my last resort, so many possible issues and none of them are good.
Ya that's the the last time I inject there, just watched a couple trt videos on utube and it looked easier then the glute. But never again.

Thighs are the only spot I’ve ever injected because when I started test the first video I saw on YouTube was a doctor demonstrating a thigh injection lol.
I get zero pain when I use my usual supplier and severe pain every time I try someone different. Not sure what that means though.

I'm scared to death to pin thigh!!
Tris
Chest

Shoulder
Just pinned lats 1st time
That was smooth as well
Fuck them thighs man! That's for me now!!
Hope the pain starts to subside for ya.

For me it's easy. But I need to start delts and pecks. Fear of the unknown lol. Just conformable with the thigh.
What size pin do you use? I was going to do my thigh when my shoulder was sore but 27g 1inch seemed to thick so I went in my glute….. I figured I probably needed a 29 guage

I use 29g in very top of thigh. butter. no issues
also, outer quad sweep is smooth

To the OP..
Was it MCT oil..??
That shit crawls...literally..!!
The muscle can actually push the oil out into the sub layer..then creep down with gravity..and knot up..
Very painful and aggregating..!!
It happens more than people think..Two things I've found that helps..
1..BD's "Z" Method..
2..Injecting in a downward direction..

Yet..every 4 to 6th pin crawls..
Z...

Virgin muscle and winstrol ouch.
Quads are good for pinning as they are large muscle and can hold a lot.

OP look at an anatomy chart to make sure you’re hitting the larger quadricep and not hitting a tendon or muscle head.

My thighs work good most of the time, various gear, occasionally it'll get pretty sore. I never go over 2cc and usually have a full 3cc in the pin and go 1.5 in each one.

Ive never done lats. Even though I have plenty there to work with just the thought of that hurts me lol. Maybe one day...

The mapping system in the quads and especially the front portion of the quad, there is so many nerves and whatnot, just about everything that is within your lymphatic system, nerves arteries everything is all mapped down right through your quads like a highway going south.
When you do an injection, the compounds can be sitting near nerves or whatnot.
Furthermore gravity actually plays a role and can make things more problematic. With your injection seeping downward even if it was not originally near sensitive tissue.
This is one of those muscle groups that either people will develop some comfortability, or it will always remain tender with each injection.

There's some people I know that simply cannot do quads at all.

If you were changing up your injection sites, you can successfully use the quads, just keep the volume low, it may take some time for them to get used to it. Space it out, you're not obligated to go back to that site again for a couple weeks.

Use more basic and user-friendly compounds for those muscle heads so there's a bit of forgiveness.
Try to avoid any short and fast acting compounds.

Last but not least, people don't have to bury their injection in their quads. There's a lot of capillaries that are more towards the surface that will help with the absorption ratio.. 5/8s - 1/2 for most with the front quad is more than sufficient, even with the side as well.

1mL or less.. no mas!

By the way I'm serious about gravity.
The oil will work its way down, and keep in mind that in the oil is the solvents.
You don't have to go crazy high, but stay on the higher side with using predictive analysis with what could potentially happen with the oil flowing down.
If You don't have an active day or something, that might be a good time. But if you're going to be out on about or doing something you might want to hold off.

27g 5/8 when on TRT only. When on a cycle 25g 1in. I like to go a little deeper because more volume.

Never had a reaction like this, but the upper top part of my quad always leaves me with more PIP. When sitting down divide your quad into thirds from the hip to the knee. Take the middle 1/3 and rotate to the side of your leg, this will give you a target zone. As long as your needle and gear is sterile, you shouldn't have any issues except for some virgin muscle irritation possibly. I use a 25g 1" leur lock for IM, a fresh needle for drawing and a fresh needle for pinning, alcohol swab every vial top and pin site.

Virgin muscle didn't like the injection. As you do it more hurts less and less. Left quad I do fine. My right quad sometimes I hit a vien or nerve and feels like I got stung by a bee or wasp immediately and I know it's going to hurt. 5 inches above knee slightly outside midline above kneecap is where I go.

Many run into trouble by pinning too shallow or middle or top of thigh.

Use a 25g 1" needle and inject in the upper outer part of the thigh (the general area of your pant pockets).

Brain trick: make a little cough as the needle punctures the skin.

Also helps to gently poke the needle around to find a lesser-sensitive point to inject.

Good instructional vid for placement and technique:

It's generally not a good idea to post any hott chicas when AR is in the Mood..
Trust me..he'll fuck it Up..!!

Probably not a good idea to set down a fully prepped syringe uncapped. I don't remove the cap from the dosing needle until the injection site is sterile. Then I remove the air and inject. Other than that, it was good info. Plus the nurse was a cutie.

I pinned upper thighs before and it sure was brutal as it felt like a damn charley horse and could not bend the leg for nearly a week. Once pinned and nicked a nerve and the shock was intense!
