First timer here I’m 35 and about 4 weeks into test c 250. So far only having one side effect that I need help on please. Around week 2 my nipples hurt pretty bad but just the very tips of them no swollen nips or lumps and I was told it’s pretty early for gyno I was told to switch from twice a week pins to three a week pins and it seems like it only happens a day after pinning then goes away. Any suggestions? I’m currently waiting for my AI to come in but my source is very slow takes about two weeks for a response
 
2 weeks will feel like a life time if gyno starts setting in. Find a faster source or asks a buddy, might as well get blood work done while you wait to see what your levels actually are.
Most sources on here could have you setup in less then 5 days.

That was my plan but being new I listened to my source “low dose won’t need it”. I did not get prior blood work I do have blood work scheduled, with that said any known “cheaper” blood work? Myns running me about 170$

Depending where you live, GoodLabs is a good choice.
 
I'm right there with ketchup, I'm wondering about blood work.

If people have the opportunity to get baseline readings, that will set them up for a better understanding in the future, with where to make adjustments and how you're responding, learning your own sensitivities and so on.

Whenever taking anything, that will hinder your own endocrine, it's vital that we have a keen understanding. Your source is not a specialist or a doctor.
 
I just want to clarify something, I'm not saying OP did anything wrong. I'm not saying do as we say. I'm simply emphasizing, do what some of us never did.

Fast forward to where we are today, people could not be in a better position now with all the opportunities to do things the RIGHT WAY, BLOOD WORK, PRODUCT TESTING and so on.

Might or might not have done anything wrong but I will agree I haven’t necessarily started off the right way

Live and learn bro...i fucked everything up when I started, everything. I went at it alone w nothing but Google. Didn't even know places like this forum existed the 1st 2 years... learn as much as you can here. Lots of smart guys with a ton of experience. I learn something new everyday on ASF

We are only human, we're going to make mistakes and at the end of the day it's a big science experiment on our own selves, where we share our experiences with others.

And just for clarity you divided that 250 into 2 or 3 shots per week? Not 250 per shot right? You could be a high aromatizer whats your body fat approximately?

Make sure you also have a SERM on order for PCT.
 
With you being a first timer it could be your hormones adjusting 4 weeks in. I’ve seen it happen plenty when guys start and get irritated nips roughly 4-6 weeks in on a longer ester test. But with that being said yes bloodwork is very important.

Bloodwork Monday morning I’ll post results when I get them, they said like 2 weeks I meet with my source today to give money hopfully I have AI by Thursday
 
Didn't Heavy or someone make a first cycle thread that was a sticky, that covered all the basic fundamentals?

Whatever happened to some of these stickies we used to have back in the day.
