I’ve had friends who did orals only so don’t let the haters bring you down.
Using needles is a big taboo for most people.
I would add 25mg winstrol daily for a month.
Then, add 25mg turinabol daily.
If your diet is clean and you’re taking in 50 grams of protein 6 times a day, with low fats and 50 grams of complex carbs 6 times a day, 11ish grams of good fats 6 times a day, you should get shredded, assuming you’re doing cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week, and assuming your goal is to get shredded? 3,000 clean calories a day will do that. If you goal is to just gain mass then you’ll have eat more calories.
Anavar, Winstrol, and Turinabol is a great oral only stack for lean muscle mass and reduced body fat.

If you haven’t already; stop the Anavar. If you really want to get ripped you’re gonna need to completely dial in on your caloric intake.

Hop on ChatGPT enter your info like you did above and request it to find your basal metabolic rate. Once it spits that out add in your daily work whether it be physical manual labor or office work (sedatary). It’ll adjust your BMR for you. Then add in your cardio or weighted workouts. Once you have your generic BMR have it build a diet to drop 1-2lbs a week.

This will get you started in the right direction. You’ll be able to adjust it on a weekly basis depending on what you see happening in the mirror or on the scale. Meaning up your calories or lower them by 200-300cals.

AAS are worthless if your bodyfat is at 30%. To really gain from AAS you need to be 10% or lower. If this seems to extreme it’s not, it’s facts. Personally unless you’re under 15% you’re just spinning your wheels. High bodyfat will just increase negative side effects. Stay away from Tren too… It’s not needed truthfully unless you’re stepping on stage. Even then it’s not necessary. There are plenty of other drugs that will accomplish the same end result.
