37M, back in the gym ~8 months after about a 10-year layoff. In my late teens/20s I ran AAS pretty recklessly for 5–6 years — no bloodwork, lots of blasting, got big/strong, then life/marriage pulled me away.
I trained naturally for ~4 months, then got on TRT. In the last 8 months I’ve put on about 45 lb and completely transformed — muscle memory is wild. Eventually bumped TRT to 300 mg/week test cyp, split into daily injections.
Currently cutting/recomping:
Strength is down somewhat from the cut, but performance is good. Starting to see hardness, vascularity, and a tighter look as Mast kicks in.
Looking for feedback: keep doses as-is, adjust, or push higher? Also curious how you’d approach the Anavar portion. Bloodwork is scheduled — trying to be much smarter this time than I was in my 20s.
Bottom line. I want to get huge and lean again... but play it smart this time.

- Down about 20 lb in 5 weeks
- Calories: 2,400–2,800/day
- 2 mg retatrutide
- 300 mg/wk test cyp
- 200 mg/wk Mast prop, daily injections
- ~21 days into Mast
- Planning final 6 weeks with Anavar
