Today was my first injection of test e . I have never done steriods before . Been training 4 years and my age is 26 so I have been thinking of doing steriods for a long time .it was no biggie at all did not feel a thing very happy . Just Gota train . Eat . Sleep and wait and see what happens il keep you posted !

My cycle is as follows for 12 weeks

500mg test e a week

Hcg 500iu a week from week 3

0.25 arimidex eod

Nothing week 13 and 14

4 weeks nolvadex 60/40/40/20
 
Sounds like a good plan, I personaly like clomid for PCT, first 2 weeks 75mg. With the last two weeks at 50mg for a test only cycle with amorasin 12.5mg with it. Eat, sleep and train hard and you will grow!! Good luck with your cycle. May want to log it here to follow your progress!

12 wks is a good plan but I would reccomend increasing the test even if slightly at wk#8 to keep you growing.
HCG should be 2x wkly @500iu's each.
Arimadex may have to go to .5mgs EOD but see how you do first with you'r plan of .25.
Aromasin and clomid IMO would be a bit better PCT.
If you need idea's or help with PCT just let us know.
HCG could be started sooner. I personally start mine the first week because as soon as you inject the very first shot you are being shut down.
With this method you stay producing you'r albeit small amount of natural test from the start and will help with atrophy.

I also prefer clomid for pct, why are you wanting to use nolva instead? Nolva is good for emergency gyno situations, even then letro is better.
 
Well after what you guys have said . I'm going to get clomid for pct instead . How should I brake down my pct with clomid cheers guys !

Plus I still have my novaldex should I use both . Aromisin pct aswell
 
Aromasin and Nolva or Aromasin and Clomid for PCT.

Ditch the adex. 12.5mg aromasin EOD or E3D will do you fine for estrogen on cycle. Your HCG dose is fine.
 
If aromisin is to stop esterogen post cycle . Why not just take novaldex and clomid . Because novladex as you guys all ready know is used as a anti esterogen . Is there any other benefits for using aromisin for pct . Other than combating esterogen ! Thanks in advance

Nolvadex won't directly combat estrogen.

Aromasin prevents testerone from turning into estrogen by stopping the enzyme (aromatase). Estrogen is one of the strongest things that keeps you shutdown.

Nolva blocks the estrogen from attaching it doesn't regulate the production of estrogen such as an AI like aromasin or adex.
 
Why do people rate aromisin over arimidex Are thay not 2 sides of the same coin . I was told not to use arimidex post cycle only on cycle . But since I have joined this forum people are saying use aromisin for pct . So I'm thinking what's the difference . Thanks in advance
