"First Cycle" Tutorial Thread..!!

Ill add one more thing about the importance of pinning and being steril.

This is a personal experience btw. Many many many years ago I was pretty gungho and couldnt wait for my next pin. I always pinned delts and sometime glutes. I cant stress enough the importance of alcohol.

I pinned my right delt and everything felt fine. After a couple of days it was sore. No biggie, we have all been sore after a pin. BTW, it was 2ml per delt. After about a week, the muscle was getting tough to the touch. So in all my brilliance I decided to draw out what was in there if anything. I ended up pulling 8ml of puss from my shoulder. Now normal people would have gone to the Dr but not me. I jumped on a regiment of keflex and I got lucky. A few weeks went by and I was fine. I talked to my Dr later and she said it was probably a steril abcess and I was very lucky it didnt infect surrounding tissue. Let the experts take care of you.

Im telling you all this for two reasons. First, always and I mean always make sure you use alcohol and are clean. Second, if something like this happens, dont be stupid and risk your health, go to the Dr.

Great advice so far. I havent read every word but I'd be sure to include the importance of having at least 6-12 months of natural hardcore weight training under the belt before starting gear. The more the better

If youre already well-trained you'll gain more from roids and keep more when you stop. And you'll be much more likely to keep training when the gear is over because you've already established a mental and physical relationship with training

Lots of folks who've never lifted weights decide to make a lifestyle change and want to hop on gear from the beginning. On paper it sounds good. Hop on gear for 2-3 months for some quick progress and really get going good. Then continue training naturally with all the new muscle they just built.

But it never works out that way, its too hard mentally once the gear is done if youve never trained before.

Conservatively Id say 99% of folks who start both at the same time either stop training soon after the gear ends or wind up never coming off

Almost done with the Ruff Draft..
If there's anything else anyone wants to Add..please Do..

I'm going to bring in some posts from other threads, clean this one up,organize and make it easier to Navigate..

Some points are in great depth, others..a general overview..
But at least we are trying to get the Information Out There..!!

Thanks everyone who contributed, I'm hoping this will greatly benefit ASF..

What is recommended for the below:

FOURTH! After you have done that you’re probably still not ready to start but that’s ok your probably ganna anywway… your ganna order proper supplements to protect your organs. Me personally and Im no expert but a liver support and something for the heart would be enough…

Not something I was planning on discussing, but Hell since you brought it up..
Gear puts stress on the body, liver is pretty high on that list, then stomach, kidneys and of course the Big One..the Heart..!!
So..taking supplements to reduce the added stress seems only Logical..
I'm going to touch on what I use..
Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle, fish oils, multi vitamins and Liv52..
It works well for me.
This is where Bloodwork and Markers guide you..

Bottom Line...RESEARCH..
Learn to become self-reliant, self-educated..
Hope I helped a little..

Thanks, just wondering, never hurts to ask. My bloods are fine, I take a mens multiV, milk thistle, omega3, B complex, amino complex, VitC, VitD w K2, Zinc/Calcium/Magnesium daily. Never heard of saw palmetto or Liv52, will find out more about both. 👌

Solid Question..
Liv52 has been around for years, damn good product..Saw Palmetto helps with the Prostrate..
Not sure if it's the best, but I've been using it for Decades..Works nicely for me..
No Worries..Brother.

Okay another one I thought about if you want to get into this life start donating blood to keep your red blood cell count down even with testosterone your red blood cell count will go up

After reading all the input, I believe this will be a tremendous help to newcomers. Well done guys!!!

I do have one more thing that I really believe is something that every newb needs to know. This lifestyle is a commitment, and unless youre ready to commit then maybe you should rethink your path. Too many times I see or hear horror stories from newbs. The reality of it all is this lifestyle can kill you if youre not smart and dont listen or do your own research. Your gym bros dont know shit, the regurgitate. When starting up its painful, continously pinning yourself and trying to figure out how and where. Not all UGL gear is the same. Some of it can be crippling and if you never experienced it you will freak out. There are so many things I can cover that is real world that i could write a novel.

I want to tell all these kids to start with Testosterone propionate in 200mg/ml. Pin 2cc, one in each ass cheeck and hit the gym.
If that doesn’t ward them off, nothing will.

Sort of like in Latin countries when you stop and ask for directions. They get a kick out of sending you the opposite way via a labyrinth of streets.

blood donation should be done based on blood work. Only when hematocrit is in extreme ranges. Also blood work should be pulled while fully hydrated. So you get an accurate reading.

Very true but still it's something they're going to have to look forward to doing or being ready to do

I'm really not sure..
I've mentioned it before, my very first C Dr. used to drain me..
But,only the number was dropping..no blood pressure reduction or feeling overall better..
He told me it would stabilize..
And..it did..!!
I generally hover between 17 & 17.5..
So..I don't do high doses anymore and I don't give blood anymore..
But..I'm fighting other bigger issues..and I'm OK with not draining..
Definitely a topic to Discuss in great detail..

You see those guys in the gym who look the same year after year? It isn’t because they haven’t used steroids. It’s because they don’t do any of the majority of all the other things required.
Or today’s youths, who I see running around the gym, looking at themselves more than they admire their phones, baby muscle coming in, smooth thick skin, loaded with acne. Guys are pinning tren their first cycle simply because of some gear glorifying “influencer” they worship on the mostly bullshit worth internet.

this is such a great point. I started trt june last year. 250lbs. im now 193 16 -17% bodyfat.
I see the same people every fucking day and I see absolutely zero fucking difference in them.
alot of these people are there before me, and are still there after i leave. No change in their body. zero.

i was doing about 180 test for most of the time until about dec or so.
I train pretty intensely, but Ive been super consistent with my diet.

I attribute everything I did to my diet, after that training, then right after that trt.

you can not out run or out train a fork. you just cant. diet will make or break you.

Can you also include about low dosing of cialis (tadalafil) .

I found it to be benefial.
Here is an interesting article on other benefits.

I'm going to add money to this list. This is not a cheap way of life or hobby whatever you want to call it. If you're not financially stable this is not for you. Food and supps, blood work, gear, coach, gym, recovery, doc, etc. Then if you want to compete even worse.
Oh and I recommend an E2 test at week 3 cause everyone seems to wine about nipples around week 3. Why not check. No you test numbers will not be saturated yet just a E2 test.

Dude! What is wrong with you? Haven't you learned by now that the standard of bodyfat estimates here is 10%?
Kudos for making a pretty accurate guess from the little I can see here. Guys don't realize that you can look pretty damn good at 15% bodyfat if you have some muscle and have decent posture.

i got a dexa about 6-7 weeks ago @ 17.1%. and im down a little bit since then. :ROFLMAO:
i didnt want to guess anymore. i was struggling to drop a bit so i went for it, then i saw 17% i was like ohhh no wonder its gotten a bit harder.

yea im getting tons of looks from everyone. lots of what are you doing what are you on what are you taking! help me etc

I'm definitely in agreeance here. Over the last several years food has skyrocketed. You definitely need to be financially stable.

Awesome, ive been on TRT, testC 200MG/week, for almost two years. Im 6'2" 255#, haven't lost any weight but you can see the difference in my physique and definitely the way clothes fit. Fiet is something to be desired and alcohol every once in a while cant be helping. Starting March 1st going to hit diet hard, thinking keto as I lost 70# on it before without TRT or gym 4-5 times per week.
Speaking of the gym, echelons stronger than I was two years ago, always seems I am the only one sweating when lifting. Most people there are because of the social aspect, you can pick out which ones are there to get inshape or to enhabce their physique.

Man, I am not arguing either. Just like everything else, take nothing as gospel. Read all the things you can, listen to all opinions and points, then and only then, make decision on your own for your situation.
After doing all of this, I have come to the conclusion that therapeutic blood draw isn’t really a good idea. I think that somehow, people started to think their bodies can’t do things (like diminish excessive RBCs) on its own.
Sure, hormonal manipulation throws shit out of whack, but our bodies adapt.

If you look at the majority of guys getting these blood draws, their numbers aren’t even 10% over “normal”. Same guys getting told they have polycythemia, even getting referrals to onconologists.

Currently working out in my head the whole exogenous insulin thing. If a guy eats 500g of carbs and in two hours his glucose is back to normal, does he really need insulin? Because it seems his body is keeping up with it.
I used several CGMs to monitor this when my finger sticks and fasting glucose gave me readings I was uncomfortable with.
Getting a constant monitoring, it turned out my pancreas was keeping up just fine with whatever I threw at it. No more basal or other insulins for me.
