Hello Everyone,

I am going to be running my first cycle. I have 3 vials of Test E @ 250mg and that is all I am going to be running. I am 6'3 and weigh 194lbs Bf% is probably around 18-19% I like to think I know what I am doing but also aknowledge I can be an idiot. So what are some tips that I should know for running my first cycle. What should I look out for, and what are things I should avoid doing. Answers I am looking for : Injections per week, dosages, cycle length and what to do if things start to go south like gyno, acne etc. Answers I am not looking for : Telling me I shouldn't run a cycle

Well I don’t think you need to run a cycle at 23 but like you said you can be an idiot.

-What is your goal?
-Test E can be dosed at 250-500mg per week split is 2 Xs per week injections which is pretty standard.
-1st Cycle length 10-15wk is fine
-You need to have an AI on hand if/when needed for high estrogen
-You can have a SERM on hand if needed and recommend to have if you are going to cycle off therefor PCT
-You need to run a good organ support supplement while running gear
-Have money set aside for pre cycle labs so you know your baseline, then 5wk labs, and then end of cycle labs to see final labs
-Labs will help you to limit or control E2 sides such as gyno
-Acne is common and not necessarily going to be controlled by managing E2 but everyone is different. Stay clean is most important

You should probably research for a few more years, train hard, dial in you diet, and diet down to lose BF before you cycle. Consider this…your goal (I assume) is to put on muscle which takes a caloric access therefore you will likely put on some fat. Otherwise if you are just trying to diet and try to cut up then the gear will be the least help. Your diet will be 90% of that. You have time to reach your genetic potential before running gear. Maybe if you were already dialed in and competing then ok but this doesn’t sound like your story so far.
 
What are the best AI for estrogen, I have heard of a lot but what are the best ones or most easy access ? Thanks for your response!

I use Aromasin 10-12.5mg 1-3 Xs per wk as needed primarily but sometimes I’ll use Letro at 2.5mg 1-2 Xs a wk when needed.

You need to run bloods before using it. This would be the best practice. At 250mg Test per week, at the 5wk mark you should then have a better idea of where your E2 is and then implement a dose of AI.
 
15% is the absolute fattest you should be to start a cycle imo. you're going to have estrogen problems if you're that fat.

With your setup you could run 500mg/week for 15 weeks or 400/week for 19weeks.

Test E you can shoot 2 to 3 times a week and your levels will be stable

6'3 194 pounds with 18 to 19%fat? Majority of the time people underestimate their bodyfat. I know you don't want to hear this but with very limited info that you provided about your goals, health, background I say pass. Good luck and be safe.

Have you gotten any bloodwork at all? What are your testosterone levels at? It seems to me youre half assing your research. Tells alot that you bought gear before knowing what your bloodwork is or even what AI you are gonna run. Youre doing what most young inexperienced guys do and just rushing into it headfirst without planning or thinking. Coming on here short notice asking questions about the most simple basic things that you should absolutely already know before even considering a cycle. You say you don't want ppl telling you not to run a cycle, well tough shit young man thats what your gonna get anyway. Regardless of what you want its what you need to hear. Postpone your plans and focus on learning what you need so youre not digging yourself out of a massive hole or on here in 5 weeks begging for advice to fix an issue you could have avoided. I will give you credit that youre in the right mindset with a test only first cycle. Thats good. But if youre deadset in doing this you owe it to yourself to do it right. Dont rush into it. Those 3 vials of test you have will still be there in a month or 2...or 3...when youve done your homework and are actually ready to run a cycle. Spend a while dialing in training and food and learning. Good luck....Gear is great, but its pointless to run if you dont understand the importance of food and training. You'll be fuxking up your natural levels and wasting gear and time and money of you dont know how to properly lever food.

6' 3" 194 is either jacked or skinnyfat. In this case skinnyfat. Being as you said you're 18-19% Im going to assume your more like 25% and you have very little lean tissue on your frame. Im going to recommend trimming the fat off your body (while training) and plan a cycle when you hit 15% bf or less or when you reach about 180 lbs. Im also going to assume you have between 0 and 1 years of weight training and have alot to learn about how to train and how to eat.

Wait on the cycle. Get lean and keep lifting.

Also, if you're going to run a cycle for god sakes dont shut yourself down to do TRT. Do a real cycle 500+mgs a week at the minimum. After what I said before. My 2C
