Hello Everyone,

I am going to be running my first cycle. I have 3 vials of Test E @ 250mg and that is all I am going to be running. I am 6'3 and weigh 194lbs Bf% is probably around 18-19% I like to think I know what I am doing but also aknowledge I can be an idiot. So what are some tips that I should know for running my first cycle. What should I look out for, and what are things I should avoid doing. Answers I am looking for : Injections per week, dosages, cycle length and what to do if things start to go south like gyno, acne etc. Answers I am not looking for : Telling me I shouldn't run a cycle

Well I don’t think you need to run a cycle at 23 but like you said you can be an idiot.

-What is your goal?
-Test E can be dosed at 250-500mg per week split is 2 Xs per week injections which is pretty standard.
-1st Cycle length 10-15wk is fine
-You need to have an AI on hand if/when needed for high estrogen
-You can have a SERM on hand if needed and recommend to have if you are going to cycle off therefor PCT
-You need to run a good organ support supplement while running gear
-Have money set aside for pre cycle labs so you know your baseline, then 5wk labs, and then end of cycle labs to see final labs
-Labs will help you to limit or control E2 sides such as gyno
-Acne is common and not necessarily going to be controlled by managing E2 but everyone is different. Stay clean is most important

You should probably research for a few more years, train hard, dial in you diet, and diet down to lose BF before you cycle. Consider this…your goal (I assume) is to put on muscle which takes a caloric access therefore you will likely put on some fat. Otherwise if you are just trying to diet and try to cut up then the gear will be the least help. Your diet will be 90% of that. You have time to reach your genetic potential before running gear. Maybe if you were already dialed in and competing then ok but this doesn’t sound like your story so far.
