Like the title says… favorite smoothie for pre or post workout. Or just for a healthy delicious in between meal.

Ofc I love the chocolate protein powder recipe.

Chocolate protein
Frozen banana
Peanut butter powder or legit peanut butter
Milk 2% or almond milk
Cup of ice

Using my new ninja.

Anyone using Greek yogurt? Idk if it would be too tart or sour.

Peace and thanks for yummy recommendations in advance

Ninja Creami Oreos Cookie N Cream

Literally just vanilla whey (I use ON) and some low cal thin Oreos with vanilla almond milk and low fat cream or yogurt (vanilla) it is sooooo fucking good

It’s not about Cals it’s about enjoyment

I do a similar shake as you

Chocolate protein powder
Fairlife milk
Oatmeal (carbs/fiber/texture)
Banana
Peanut butter
Sometimes honey post workout for the extra carbs

I’ll never get tired of drinking it. The oatmeal adds a nice touch to it imo, gives it a good texture

I do mine for carbs only:

-400g water
-4 Bananas (about 450g), not frozen
-250g frozen pineapple
-250g frozen mango

Makes 2 20oz servings 77g carbs, 4g protein

Brother, look into the Panda Supps lineup of protein powders. They've got everything you could ever want for the creami setup, a lot of their's even have inclusions! Wife and I have our creami protein powders and then of course the basics for shakes.

My go to protein shake is:
Vanilla Whey
Powdered PB
water
ice
20g greek yogurt(helps give it the milkshake texture a lot!)

For post workout shake treat:
Ryse jet puffed marshmallow whey
100g Wild Blueberries
ice
water
20g greek yogurt
(also if you do the Cream of Rice for preworkout carbs use the same protein powder and blueberries(omit the ice and yogurt of course), tastes like a damn warm blueberry muffin!!)

I like the idea of the yogurt.

Wonder about all you guys making ice cream… when you could do a frozen yogurt as well. And probably be healthier with greater protein.

The fairlife milk is actually fairly close to it in terms of protein, little more fat/sugar content, but It's finding that balance that fits the diet but also satisfies that sweet tooth craving. I've done higher yogurt to milk ratios but they don't get the same texture/consistency. I completely cut the creami's out during hard cuts and stick to greek yogurt, whey and berries to curb the sweet tooth!

IDK what they do or what protein blend it is, but they make the best Creami consistency of any protein. Caramel Ice Cream is also god tier

Never got the hype of Fairlife. Tried it all sorts of ways (full/mixed) Would rather just use almond milk; you can use those saved macros for more whey and something with a little fat instead for my icreami's. Besides Walmart Almond milk is $2.40 and Fairlife is stupid expensive.

Almond milk 600g
Favorite Whey 50-60g (Ghost or Ryse)
Sugar Free Pudding mix (whatever flavor you need) 7g
Xanthan gum 2g
Cake Batter Extract (few drops)
Stevia (amount up to user)
Salt
Cereal of choice (mix in) 15-20g

If I need some fat will use PB if flavor calls for it.

Forgot to mention the sugar free pudding mixes! Wife wanted pistachio, did one with the sugar free pistachio, blended some pistachios into it, one of the best/easiest ones to make!

16 oz liquid egg whites
12oz water
2 cups Oats
1 Banana
1 cup frozen fruit
Electrolytes packet
10g L-Glutamine
1 TBSP ACV
1 TBSP Macadamia nut oil.
30g's triple phase protein powder...Whey, micellar casein, total frag 250
