If you can't get lean while drinking milk, your problem isn't the milk. There's also no reason why you can't eat or drink anything later in the evening. If anything, studies show that a big meal before bedtime elicits a stronger HGH release while you sleep.

My kid drinks a whole one every day post workout. Even on off days he drinks a whole one. The extra 96g protein and nearly 1000 easy calories has really helped.
 
Just got a hold of some. Hands down the best milk I've ever drank. It just tastes better. It's not super sweet, it's perfect I will never buy any other milk again.

The chocolate is to die for. I wish I could drink it. Havent had milk in years cause it kills me. I figured lactose free would be ok. Nope. Shit my brains out and kills my stomach.
 
Fuck yeah. Glad you like it bro. So far ive had the whole, 2% and chocolate 2%. Idk if they make anything else lol. Its all good. I just think it kinda smells like rotten ass. And also a little suspicious of the shelf life...

That's true.. I've only seen it in 2% I would rather have 1% but it's all good. Chocolate is on my list. Damn.. I was going to have my girl try it since it was lactose free. Never mind that. Oh God Damn... I just smelled it.. WTF?

That was actually the first time I smelled it. I was about to write, I don't get a weird smell from it, then I said to my self, well fuck I better smell it and see. And ya your right rotten ass for sure.. Taste great tho.. I never smell milk.. I smash mine so quick. I'm going to from now on tho. I just mixed it with egg whites, was bitter as shit.
 
I mean I have no doubt its fine to drink.. maybe its just the extra processing thats done to make it smell like that.

I'm glad I saw this thread. I've seen this milk in stores but didn't realize it was lactose free. I'm all over it the next time I get to a grocery store. Thanks, fellas.

Milk was one of the things that helped me get from 155lbs to 198lbs naturally when I was in my early 20's. In addition to my protein shakes I would drink a quart of chocolate milk almost everyday. The other "secret" was 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and wash it down with an ice cold glass of whole milk every night before bed. I still love milk to this day but the lactose makes me shit like a goose.
 
I threw two bottles away when I first started buying it. Then I realize they all smell like that.

I get it from Wal mart. Shits like 7 bucks a gallon soooooo worth it though. But it tastes like garbage.
