So I see a lot of guys running splits such as PPL's or UL. I'm actually planning to transition to an UL training M/T & Th/F.
What I've noticed is a lot of people go from one body part to another and then back again.
An example would be:
Cable Fly - 2 sets
Bent Row- 2 sets
Dbell Press - 2 sets
Pulldown - 2 sets
Is there any particular reason for training like this? My thought is train a particular body part by keeping the movements consecutive and keeping the blood in the muscle before moving onto a different muscle group.
