Any of you guys ever train with an Elevation mask before? I used one for years but I’m starting to doubt its overall effectiveness.
I’ve always had stupid cardio so it’s hard for me to tell if it’s even worth all the effort of wearing one. Kinda leaning towards NOT worth it.
Just wondering if any of you guys might have some experience with them and if so maybe you could give me your opinion on them.
