I think my estrogen sky rocketed for some reason, I gained a bunch of fat to my chest but I haven’t gained any weight and Ive felt like trash for two weeks.

Will the chest fat go away?
 
Get blood work. Fat doesn't mysteriously happen for no reason. It can be caused from many things including eating more calories.
