Clean diet is #1.Is there anything else you could add for water retention? Besides a clean diet and a gallon of water a day?

How big were you before you broke your hand and I assume you stopped lifting for a bit and lost size bc lol that's a lot of massmy current off-season growth phase has been test/eq/npp and by far my most successful.
there's a huge degree of muscle memory and other circumstances involved between these pictures, but mid October -> Now, you get the idea.
