Just got partial blood results back-free T3 free T4, A1c, and glucose levels were all in optimal range. However TSH was high at 3.17uIU/mL with .5- 2.5uIU/mL being the optimal range. This is apparently subclinical Hyperthyroidism- does supplementing T3 or T4 help with putting this back in optimal range?

14-15%? BF. Have abs but pushing calories on this bulk.
Tomorrow will be the start of week 9. Weekly doses 1-1.1gram of Testosterone Cypionate with a little test P thrown in, 660mg EQ. 500mg NPP (dropping next week as EQ will be saturated) and 6ius HGH every night. pre-bed

Thank you for any and all wisdom.

High TSH isnt indicative of hyperthyroidism, its the opposite. High TSH is the bodies way of trying to get the thyroid to make more thyroid hormone. Its leaning more towards hypothyroidism. If you feel good and your other numbers are optimal leave it be. Adding more T3 isnt the answer...In my humble opinion. An overabundant surplus of t3 can cause muscle protein breakdown. It would cause more harm than good. If you have no symptoms and optimal other thyroid markers and feel fine then stay the course youre good.

If you do anything, I would maybe add a small dose of t4, taken by itself alone and not around food or supplements. T4 doesnt absorb well at all if taken with anything...empty stomach only. Youre on 6iu of gh, so some t4 may be needed to take some pressure off the thyroid...i know im backtracking a little bit here lol but after some thought t4 makes sense. 50mcg

I don’t have any major symptoms but I’m going to find some T4, supplement, and go back for bloods in a few weeks to see how my TSH levels are. Appreciate your wisdom! Thank you!
