Echo cardio gram?

A calcium score (alone) is sort of useless. While a score of "zero or low" is good, remember it doesnt see soft plaque.
I know of a couple guys (one personally) had a 'zero' on Calcium score, perfect lipids, had "Widow Maker" bypass.
(Lipid levels and Calcium scoring cannot see that soft plaque and blockage).

When I had my Calcium done, imaging showed a little bit. Had all the follow-up (Stress Echo, Nuclear Stress, ECG, etc).
All confirmed zero plaque or blockage, perfect ejection fraction (and so on). (The "little bit" of calcium was from statins doing their job, calcifying the plaque).

So people really need to more than just one kind (need some sort of visual). Many heart Doc's recommend at least Calcium and Stress Echo.
You'll see some morons online like Nick Walker ("I'm good, Doc see's no Calcium"). First, he's in his 20's, second, his heart is probably the size of a Moose's.

Get all the testing that you can... The stress echo was pretty cool. They have you do the treadmill to reach a certain heart rate for a certain set time.
Then do the ultrasound while everything is working hard (valves, arteries, etc). You clearly see everything...

Nuclear stress is also good (dye injected to clearly see all that is going on inside). They either make you exercise or stimulate your heart w/ drugs for those who cant exercise.
(Injury, disability, etc)..

As I'll be turning 61 in 4 months planning to get the full stress test as well as a scan with the contrast to check for any blockages or things that the echo may have missed.
The best way MW.... Is to go into the hospital complaining about chest pains.... You wont have to wait, they'll take you right in and run almost every test on you within an HOUR!!! Instead of having to keep going back for follow ups with a cardiologist, my Dr told me to do the same thing. Go the the ED and complain of chest pains.
Once they run the battery of tests on you, and see that your G2G. They'll discharge you and you will know right then and there if theres anything wrong.
Instead of impatiently waiting. And unneeded Cardiology appointments.
There trying to make a buck.... Ask @OlePhart ..... They scared the guy into
a shitload of testing, just to come back to say that he was perfectly fine.
Happens everyday.... Hospitals are like a Car dealership... Sell Sell Sell!

Embarrassing but true. However, with me it wasn't my cardiologist. Him I trust. It was my urologists. Yes, plural. They ran me through the wringer for a year. In my defense, cancer is a scary word. I didn't have a clue so I was at there mercy so to speak. But, I've seen other "specialists" do exactly what @Bolan is talking about as well.

Why did they send u for all the testing initially ?
Chest pain I assume ?

I trust MDs about 0.000238 as far as I can throw them. I think I can throw them across the room and out the window no problem. I ate a Domino's pizza 10 oz chicken breast, 8 oz rice and a cup of spinach after a 24 hour fast. I woke up the next day with something that liked like an anvil stuck in my lower left colon. A week later still in pain. Went to the ER. did a bunch of tests. Diagnosis, we don't know what's wrong with your GI. It looks fine. Please pay 3500$. Next was GI doc. We have to do more imaging and a colonoscopy and check you for cancer. You might have diverticulitis or cancer. Waiting 6 weeks now for tests. Next doc, my primary. calls the other docs dopes and tells me I have pancreatitis and tells me to fast over Christmas. Blood work at the appointment comes back about perfect. No sign of pancreatitis. My diagnosis... I think I still have 4 slices of Domino's to pass. This has been one expensive fucking pizza.

I just had one a few weeks back...3 of my 4 valves are leaky and there is "mild" wall thickening noted. I'm blaming the covid Vax for the heart valves. No one in my family history had any issues of this sort. My jobs forces that shit 3Xs!
Im not sure that I feel any effects though aside from getting winded with running or crazy heavy reps.
Hope yours works out well

Well, it's unanimous, we're all full of shit. 😂 Maybe I shouldn't be poking the bear? 😬

I'm with you on expensive. Even with insurance that can get out of hand quick.

So there's indeed a correlation between unexplained heart issues and the Covid vax as in your case. Something that doesn't seem to come up a lot.

I believe and see it in my coworkers bro... we were the forced subjects of their experiments. People around me are having similar issues and the complaints range but are industry wide! You won't read that or see it anywhere though. The AMA is right up in the pockets and have run doctors they disagree with out of the limelight and out of business taking licenses and smearing names since the 1930's.

I had to have the jab before I could reopen my Gym......
Was told If I had opened it without the Jab Id get heavily fined.
Yup... Blue state.

See now? My choice, my choice, my choice. Till it's your choice. Then there's no choice. That's a bunch unconstitutional hypocritical bullshit. 😡

Yup... Infringed on my rights.......It was blackmail. I HAD to open, the $$$ they were giving out to biz owners wasn't enough to cover the bills and I was struggling badly. Had me backed into a corner. Talked to my Lawyer about it and he said, aint a friggin thing I can do about it.

Had one done last year before I started on the bodybuilding wagon again. No signs of enlargement, no leaky valves. Also had my kidneys arteries and some other main artery’s checked for signs of blockages. That was all good. Did a full stress test as well. Main reason for all this was blood pressure related. I have always been on the higher end of normal sometimes 130-140 on the systolic when I’m stressed. Right now I’ve been averaging 120/65 for months so it’s good now. I really think it’s thyroid related potentially or high cortisol. White coat syndrome is a real deal for me as well. I’ll literally watch my resting heart rate go from 65 to 105 when they pull out the cuff.
Yep my blood pressure has always been on the high side even way B4 I thought about using gear.
I am 50now but had BP on the high end of normal for the past 30yrs

I had Clen induced atrial flutter and had to get my heart shocked back into rhythm. My wife went full on beast mode ordering all the follow up testing including echo and a stress test. But everything turned out fine. Echo was good and my stress test had "Perfect" results. But it was nerve racking waiting for the results. Especially during the echo they kept the wand on my neck it seemed like forever and it had my imagination in the nightmare zone. Best of luck to you!

SB Labs
ECG is the gateway to angiogram.
Those will grab your attention. Nothing like feeling that catheter travel through your body to get to your heart 🫤
When I got my LAD stent, while I was still somewhat aware, I thought they we're fitting me in some kind of damn time capsule. Very strange procedure. The entry point in my wrist was sore for 2 weeks after that. Glad it wasn't the groin entry.

They just started doing the wrist entry before I left my job at the cardiac cath lab.
Its unreal what they can do nowadays.... Even a groin stent procedure took 45 min tops and I hear the wrist or inner arm is much faster.

I've seen a patient with 42 stents in his heart. Unreal.

42? Good Word!!! That's insane.

Mine took about 15 minutes max after the wrist port was in.
