I want everyone to try a little test. Go on Amazon , buy 1600k light bulbs . U can buy 2 for 7.99 or 4 for 8.99 . Put one in your bedroom lamp and turn it on about an hour before bed . Then see how well you slept . It has less blue light . If you have a Fitbit or smart watch id love for you to post your results .

Sleep is a precious commodity and for a lot of us very hard to come by. Straight hours and broken are entirely different. I'm usually around 2 hours, wake up, sit around for a half hour, get another 1.5 to 2 hours, wash rinse repeat. 4 in a row and I don't know how to act. I can't even remember the last time I got 6 or 8 hours straight except under anesthesia for surgery. That
