No worries man…. From what I’ve read the glasses block out blue light
Everyone that I’ve recommended them to say it works for them but for me I would but still struggle though I would feel a lot more tired my mind is always racing in bed
To sleep I keep lights dim a soon as the sun sets and and hour before bed I’ll just turn off all lights and phone etc and get ready for bed always at the same time every day in the dark
It hard to get used but for me it’s been life changing stuff I don’t wake up feeling tired and don’t need alarms to wake up don’t need stims or even coffee any more
I guess before the light bulb was invented this how humans were living the only source of light would be fire which is like 90% red light

I run it. I messed with different dosages from 300mcg up to 1.5mg. In the end 750mcg 30-45 min before bed at the most and I fall into the deepest sleep with insane vivid dreams. I mostly only use it on nights when I am not "ready" to sleep by the pre planned bed time. Its cheap and very effective for me. Its definitely a compound that you need to find your own required dosage. Anything higher or lower than the 750mcg dosage for me seems to just flatout not work. Pretty crazy like that. The feeling to me isan eventual quick onset of "OK, its time now" within about 20-30 minutes post injection at most. No next day effects for me at all. I wake up feeling reset. Least amount of sleep Ive gotten and still was up and ready to go was 4.5 hours and I was noticably sluggish the next day but my body usually needs 6 hours to feel completely rested. Overall I love the stuff and will continue regular use until there is a reason not to.

I'm using some Nasal DISP called dreamcatcher and its not really
working that great.
I don’t use it often anymore. No sides, tolerance is real. I took 100mcg up to 300mg before I went to bed. It is definitely worth it, nasal I haven’t tried before.
 
I used to run ZMA, Valerian, GABA, L-Theanine, and 3mg melatonin. Great all natural combo that you can get all of at a local Vitamin Shoppe. That would be a quick fix that may work wonders for you and you can get started much quicker than ordering something else and waiting for it to get delivered. I used to run Trazadone that I was prescribed by my doctor at 150mg a night. Trazadone is awesome but itwouldnt be a good idea because of half life if your only getting 4 hours.....you WILL wake up groggy and a little dizzy if its outside of at least 6 hours of sleep.

Super interested in the red light concept. Might have to give this a run for knowledge purposes and if it works may go with it as I really am working on taking less drugs rather than more.

I'm trying it for sure.
I've tried all the "sleep helpers" like you mentioned.... I even take 10mg Melatonin and still up in 4-6 hrs.... I need some more Mt2 so I may as well try some DISP. I'll probably only use it on training days to get that restorative tissue enhancing that only sleep can give.
 
Melatonin has a VERY short half life....hence it not keeping you asleep. I went through the same thing...thats how I ended up on Trazadone in the first place. Be careful taking too much Melatonin as I have experienced a rebound effect that literally had me MORE awake than before I took it. TBH I think it was around the 10mg mark.

Bed 8pm, 9pm gotta pee, 10 pm gotta pee, 12 dry mouth need a sip im up gotta pee, 1 dry mouth gotta pee take a sip nose clears a little slip till 2 230 toss around until time get ready for work at 330. Working on the sinuses situation and trying to get in with a new urologist so i can get pae for prostate. So right now i just need a solid few hours of sleep without waking up. I have no issues falling alseep i just cant stay asleep.

From what I’ve read red light doesn’t suppress melatonin production, when blue light and white light is hitting your retina your body inhibits melatonin production
imo its design or pattern recognition I’ve noticed even with red light glasses if the light is bright or its above me like ceiling or a tall lamp even if its dim I feel noticeably less tired sometimes even awake vs when it’s below eye or head level it make sense since the sun is always above you until it sets so your body thinks the sun is out so you should be awake

Same... I fall asleep easily but I'm up within 2 hrs pissing or just restless.

I just did a shitload of looking up the red light glasses and most things seem promising, from reviews to real world studies.

I'm still looking for some DISP for sure though.

Any chance you could have a bit of sleep apnea?
 
I do indeed but its greatly reduced now it was pretty bad at 235 lbs im now 192 new machine in the works old 1 is crap.
