Morning weight 181.6
My stomach is still off from the Antibiotics. I am getting the food down and meeting the numbers, but i've been using the restroom incessantly, nights, middle of the night, first thing in the morning... you get the idea. The quality is mixed between normal and loose! I am eating yogurt like I own a fucking milk cow. This is exactly why I generally don't fuck with medications
I had my check in this weekend with coach and he is satisfied with the results. I caught another bump in carbohydrates.So now I am at nine hundred on lift days and four seventy five, the rest of the week. I did the math, and it works out to about 75 g of carbs and 19 g of proteins every hour on a 12 hour day.
The numbers don't sound horrific.
But it definitely adds up quickly, especially if I have to work that day. Because my ability to eat is regulated out of my control! In any event.... like

That's enough whining, off to hit the Monday upper.
I'm also going to talk to the chick at my B. Gym regarding me setting up a tripod so I can film the movements.
