LOL... IDK how old you are but I couldn't help thinking about an old Saturday night live skit. I'm talking Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase John Belushi old... it was an episode for the Bassomatic 2000.
I didn’t watch any Saturday night live. I didn’t spend much time in the house when I was younger. The only time I was home was when I was grounded but I would just play PC games and Xbox lol
 
Morning weight 184.2. It's down a little, but not much considering the circumstances. My stomach does not like Amoxicillin! This is day 3 of abdominal terror! The jaw feels better than it did and I can open my mouth fully today. It's still sore and swollen, but getting better by the day. I'm on dury tomorrow and Friday and then I'm off till next Friday! I'm hoping to take full advantage of the time and get some good sessions and all the food in and down.
I'm not sure what I'll do today, cardio at the minimum, but I'm considering getting a jump on the Thursday Pull. Reckon I'll post whatever later on. Scale pics below.

Annnnnd... Thursday Pull is in da book!
I decided to hit the Thursday Pull today. I'm working tomorrow (Thursday) and figured why not! I will take tomorrow as a rest day and hit Friday as usual.
The workout went really well and flew by! I had to double check my log and the spreadsheet coach sent just to be sure I didn't miss anything.
I kept the weight reasonable and movements were all concentric with holds in all the stretch points.
I'm planning to talk to the people at my "B" gym and see if they'll let me set up my stand etc... and catch some video of my sessions. IDK their policy, but I'm thinking they'll let me do it. They've seen me there for a minute now and recognize that I'm serious so... I'll keep any progress with that updated.

Morning weight 185 flat! It's still increasing despite the ongoing Antibiotic stomach!
Haven't had a solid poop since I started them and it is getting annoying. I'm actually glad I did the Thursday Pull yesterday as I have to work today anyway.
I have a few more days of these Antibiotics and then I should be good. The upside is that they are working! The swelling is down and the jaw is only a little sore now. I'm hoping to put ALL foods back in the mix... mb by tomorrow?

Morning weight 184.2.
Yesterday was a Low Day as I did the Thursday Pull on Wednesday. I was able to manage ALL the macros despite work. The Yougurt seems to be helping the gut and the appetite has pretty much returned so I should be back on track from here.
Just finished the Friday Push and had a very nice session. I went to the B gym which is rhe church run one, and the place was pretty much mine!
I was able to move through all sets at a gentleman's pace and left there with a solid pump on.
I went up in weight for the chest presses, predominantly on the incline, but also with flat and the CGBP which was also on the incline. I have check-in tomorrow so we'll see what we see then. I know coach is gonna have some good stuff. I had RPs on ALL legs for this cycle, so let's see if we keep them or change up.

Morning weight 185.4

Did Check-in with coach and caught another 25Gs of Carbs for lift days... New total is 875! We discussed the macros and note that I need to reel the Fats back in.
I got lazy with no partner and was eating around... that sounds dirty!!! 🤔 LOL. In any event, I noticed that I am having the issue with them and need to get on track as I/we have come too far to mess it up now.
I am happy to hear that coach finds my legs are responding to the attention. I've noted some more definition and veins and I can tell they are getting bigger due to my pant legs being tighter.
I'm looking forward to see where we go at this. Pics below... only back for now!

Morning weight 184.4. Its down just under a pound from yesterday.

I had a crazy ass 4 Tee night AND as I type this, I have had 3 large "movements" since 0130!
I'm not sure what thats about?
In any event it's NBD, I feel ok, in fact I'm ready to grab some breakfast. The rest day carbs remain the same at 450. I was gonna go hit the Monday upper today but I'm gonna keep the food intake at the low day level and see whats what there. I've got plenty of yard work etc... so cardio is covered.

Morning weight 184.6 and thats up a smidge from the other day. Pre bed weight was 187.2 and it was a 3 Tee night, so 2.6lbs lost sleeping, due to sweat. CRAZY!
I'm heading out to hit the Thursday pull at the B gym. I'm also gonna talk to them today about their camera policy to see if I can set it up and send coach a VERY LONG overdue review of my technicique.
Food is going as well as can be and rhe weight is on track. I actually had a guy stop me last evening coming out of a restaurant with the wife, so he could compliment my physique! He actually asked couple of "beverages" in him, but nonetheless it felt good to catch a compliment from a stranger out of the blue!
Anyway.... weights ain't getting lifted if I'm posting! PIC'S BELOW are last jight and this morning's weights.
Will post Mon, Tue and today a little later.

Thur pull in da book!
Had a good session at the B gym. The place was not at all busy and I had my choice of stations open.
I added some reps to a couple of movements just to increase intensity, without going crazy on the weight. The were by no means light either, just felt like tossing a couple extras in where it felt good.
I spoke to guy at the desk about me videoing myself and he seemed to have no issue. He did tell me to speak with the lead trainer next week when she gets back from vacation and just see if she had any issues. I've spoken with her before and they know I'm not there to perv out with a camera, so I'm thinking next week.

My stomach is still off from the Antibiotics. I am getting the food down and meeting the numbers, but i've been using the restroom incessantly, nights, middle of the night, first thing in the morning... you get the idea. The quality is mixed between normal and loose! I am eating yogurt like I own a fucking milk cow. This is exactly why I generally don't fuck with medications
I had my check in this weekend with coach and he is satisfied with the results. I caught another bump in carbohydrates.So now I am at nine hundred on lift days and four seventy five, the rest of the week. I did the math, and it works out to about 75 g of carbs and 19 g of proteins every hour on a 12 hour day.
The numbers don't sound horrific.
But it definitely adds up quickly, especially if I have to work that day. Because my ability to eat is regulated out of my control! In any event.... like @MindlessWork said.... The struggle IS real!
That's enough whining, off to hit the Monday upper.
I'm also going to talk to the chick at my B. Gym regarding me setting up a tripod so I can film the movements.

In my biggest days, as a pothead with munchies gone wild. I don't ever recall eating this much food on a regular basis.... not on purpose anyway!🤢

Monday upper in the book!

I had an awesome session today complete with RPs on chest and back. I could really feel the connection going on and I feel like I capitalized on it.
I got Froggy and went to the A gym and did the cardio. That was interesting as the treadmill I was on stopped mid-step with no notice. I got about 15 minutes in before it crashed. I jumped on this other seated stepper with arm handles(?) and cranked out another 20 minutes there.
I also spoke with the gym lady and she was all about the video! I will probably start on it tomorrow, then the issue will be posting them. I can send them to coach via Dropbox which is what really matters.
I'm gonna keep it short and just post the workout pic

Just on a side note, the cardio was accompanied by the 4 x 20 leg raises, and that was done this afternoon. The Monday upper was done in the morning at the B gym.
